Perfect timing and delivery

Perfect timing and delivery. We knew by the minute at what time they would arrive. Package brought to the second floor. The opened the package to control on any damage and took package with.

Horrible service and horrible customer service

After not delivering my item for over three weeks, the day that my item was due to come it was supposedly lost and that I would get my item tomorrow. The driver gave little information over the phone and spoke very little Dutch so it was ridiculously hard to understand what was happening. I have yet to get anything in regards to booking a new appointment. When I called the customer service to find out exactly what happened I got the rudest woman who answered. She yelled at me, refused to give me her name or transfer me to a manager. She said, verbatim, 'I have other things to do'. Avoid this transport company at all costs if want to have your item actually delivered and not have to be yelled at over the phone when you are just enquiring about what is actually going on with the items you have paid for.

Avoid at all costs

Honestly, the worst delivery company I have ever experienced. I have a sofa from made.com meant to be delivered by them. They sent us an email on the 7/12/21 that they received the hand over and ever since, they completely disappeared. Their online contact form is broken, they have no contact number or email. Absolutely no way to track the progress. They have 'successfully' delivered an armchair from made.com previously which was atrociously dealt with. I booked a slot with them to which they decided without consulting me that they wanted to completely change the date and time off and they even had the audacity to even arrive earlier on the date of this spontaneous rescheduling. My shipping number is 14394204. I hope to receive my items from this scam delivery company and never have to deal with them again.

Absolutely horrible - Still waiting for delivery

Absolute scam! We ordered some furniture from Made.com Belgium that was meant to arrive a month ago and was still not delivered. Agediss has disappeared from this planet - ignoring us completely on all fronts, also ignoring calls from Made.com (who are also not being particularly helpful). So here we are in an empty apartment wondering whether we need to order all new furniture or there is any hope left. Absolutely terrible (not?) service. Agediss if you are reading this the order number is 1200761102.

Horrible (non-) delivery experience

Horrible (non-) delivery experience.
I purchased an office desk at MADE.COM Belgium and received an email from Agediss to book a delivery time on Friday, Nov 26. I opened the form link just 1 HOUR after receiving the email and the slot WAS ALREADY BOOKED without consulting me.
I could not be at home on Saturday, Nov 27 and I tried to warn them by email. The delivery was not completed and, EVER SINCE, Agediss DISAPPEARED. No one tried to contact me to reschedule the delivery, and MADE.COM is not helping either, taking more than 3 days to "get more information" about the case.
So here I am now, without an office desk to work properly, without any adequate customer support from both sides. Very frustrating process!!!
Agediss, if you ever read this complaint, my order number is 601556421. I am looking forward to sorting out this asap!!!

Absolutely horrible service

Absolutely horrible service. I had the exact same issue as another review below: NO SHOW on the date of delivery 29/11/21, impossible to contact customer service, order is late four weeks already. Literally have been waiting for over a month for my delivery and I am not able to get my money back from made.com as they say that the delivery obligation lies with Agediss. Completely awful, do not recommend.

Mediocre service

Mediocre service, an appointment was scheduled with Agediss Belgium for a delivery on Saturday 20/11/2022. I called the company thrice( Friday 12th, Saturday 13th, Monday 15th) to ensure that delivery will well take place on the 20th as I had to reserve a parking place and a lift to get the package up to my apartment (1st Floor). They assured me that all is set for a delivery on the 20/11/2021 and they will come between 12hr-14hr. Guess what on the 20/11/2021, It has been NO SHOW. Impossible to contact; when one finally gets hold of customer service (they hang up every time). After several phone calls attempt, I was told that it’s a bug in the Agediss System , hence the delivery could not be made and all they can now do is to schedule another delivery. I am not at all pleased with Agediss ! NO Apologies! No Customer Service!
What about the fee paid for the Parking space on the 20th . The fee paid for the lift ?

Yet to hear from them - I presume it is business as usual for Agediss !!!!!!!

Delivery never happened

Delivery never happened, while the website says it was the case (I have the note from the driver). They took the appointment without asking if I was home at that time. I had to call back 5 times to get other appointments, one did not happen, waiting for the next one. This is not customer service, quite the contrary.

Horrifying customer experience

The package got expedited on 1 October, today it's 28 October and still the package has not arrived. Order number is 601387738/1 // 78018859 and expedition is 14356801. After not contacting me for two weeks, I finally was able to get a hold of them and schedule a delivery for 21 October. The delivery never showed up though in the scheduled timeframe. When calling customer service they told me that they could write to the driver, but they did not have authority to do so, so I needed to wait, the package was probably delayed.
Package never arrived. Monday 25 October, calling back to say that it never arrived, I am told that the part of the package has in fact been lost at the warehouse and that they need to find it. I ask how long this will take and they hang up, impossible to call back. Tuesday 26 October, I call back and they say they have the package and that they can schedule delivery on 27 October.
There is no confirmation of this online in my Agediss profile though, I call them and ask about this, and am told it is planned and will be delivered on 27 October.
On 27 October, after the scheduled delivery time, I call again saying the package has not arrived, I am told the same as the first time, to wait as the package is probably delayed. I wait again the whole day, but the package does not show up....
I am calling again today, but am now again just thrown out of the call, no one picks up.
I have tried making Made.com reach out to Agediss as well, but it has not helped either.
Do not even try to go to an English/Dutch speaking person via the phone, because you will be constantly thrown out of the line. Only sometimes on the French line they pick up - but yes even if talking on the French line, one month after the package has been with Agediss, I still have not received it and honestly it seems by now that one is being lied to. If I do not receive the package within the next week, I will look into cancelling the order and then you can deliver the package back to Made.com and figure out the mess yourselves.
If you can actually help via Trustpilot I would be very interested, as I really want the package, but waiting one month and getting this horrible customer experience with the customer and online services is just too much. :-)

Update: finally got through today 28/10, but was told again that the package needs to be scanned by them (???) and then they will call me to plan a delivery. What does that even mean - have they not scanned the product for one month? Will they ever call me? ...

Terrible service. Bunch of thieves.

Order made through maisons du monde. More than 700 euros. Commande number: 110076965; Livraison: 12095716; Colis: 86007432. Called them a MILLION times. They picked up the phone only once. The rest of the times they make you wait until you are in place number one and then the hang up!! Just unbelievable !!!! They took years in scheduling the delivery. We had to haunt them. This speaks horribly of maisons du monde too. Bunch of thieves. On the delivery day nobody came.nobody called.nobody nothing. Will complain with consumer defence or something. They will not remain unpunished.

Excellent!

Delivery was of a 71kg fridge freezer from Samsung to central Narbonne. Excellent in every way. Punctual, efficient, professional, left no mess and answered all our questions about the appliance. Highly recommended. .

Appalling, rude (non) service

Appalling, shocking, rude, bad service!
Several incidents recently:
- original delivery agreed and website showed my confirmed delivery day. On the day nobody had arrived within 90 minutes of my delivery so I called them. No response. The next morning I call them again and they say your delivery was yesterday. I said nobody came. No apology no nothing. Just said I need to book another delivery and they cannot do it the same day. When asked why nobody called me on the day to inform me as people take time off to be at home for deliveries, he said he doesn’t know and it’s not his fault. No accountability!
- I then asked to file a complaint. I was told I should contact the furniture company. Agediss don’t even have a complaints procedure. I asked to speak to a manager and the agent lied they don’t have managers. When challenged he said everyone reports to the CEO. Ridiculous.
- next instance was a return. It was clearly agreed with the furniture company that it will be in separate dismantled pieces (confirmed twice). the agediss drivers refused to pick it up, claiming they don’t have permission. Said it’s not his problem and was hesitant for us to call the furniture company. After few minutes both delivery men left.

No customer service whatsoever. No accountability. Very difficult to get hold off them over the phone.

I wonder why big furniture companies use agediss.

The worst. Stay away if possible

The worst, unorganised and unprofessional company I ever encountered. After waiting for my delivery twice, the customer service person hung up on me and threatened to cancel my delivery. I was cursed and screamed at by this employee. A shame to employ such rude and unhelpful people.
