Delivery after midnight, no way to contact driver.

We had an order from Maisons du monde scheduled for 15h - 17h. It is now midnight, I have 2 sleeping kids and we are waiting for a delivery still. There is no way to contact the driver as the office closed at 18:30.

Tomorrow I will be exhausted. How is it possible to be so horribly bad at planning! At least call the customers and reschedule, don't deliver after midnight! How is it possible to be so bad, I can't believe it.

Edit: driver arrived at almost 1am. We sent it back as there was damage. Great.

Terrible schedule

A company that doesn't have a flexible shiping time. Which kind of company proposes to ship at 8h in the morning and it's not even the weekend.

I have a job. How am I supposed to stay home in order to wait for them? I really have no idea. I tried to call the service center and they refuse to change it because they "can't change the schedule in that secteur". I mean, is that a joke? What kind of bullsh*t is that? You are a delivery company and the best you can do is 8h in the morning.

See a 4* average but very disappointed

We have a delivery which is already with the local depot, they have offered to deliver on a day (7 days away) that works for us which we accepted - although we would have liked sooner, the date was then changed by Agediss to a date we cannot do, with no explanation or consideration even though we had already agreed/made arrangements AND the delivery date is still 9 days away and the item is just sitting in their warehouse all this time. I don't really see how this deserves one star.

13.06 in response reply from Agediss: I am afraid that in the browser based version of the Trustpilot app. I cannot see any option to either reply to you or send a private message ? If you could advise me how to I would, however unless you can change my delivery date back to being tomorrow as originally agreed/arranged I see little benefit. If this helps; Shipping no.

The Service goes from bad to worse - I hope that is not related to me raising this on Trust Pilot ! - but the delivery date has now moved to 28 June !! the item has been in your regional office since 3 June !!! How do you view this as an acceptable service ?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - worst experience ever, no solution in sight

I have had an absolutely awful experience with Agediss. I have never experienced a more incompetent company. I have lost a quarter of my holiday allowance at work staying home for deliveries that never arrived.

Agediss has put me in an impossible situation and I am outraged at the service I have received. I have complained on the phone and by email, only to be told a different story every time and to have to re-explain my situation ten times over to different people. When I ask to speak to the manager 'she's in a meeting' with no end and no means of contacting anyone other than the nice but powerless call handlers.

It started well... on 10 March Agediss came to deliver two items. The elevator in my building broke between the two items, so only the first was delivered. they took the second item back to the depot and told me to call when the elevator was fixed. I called 2 hours later to confirm the elevator had been fixed and re-arranged delivery the next available day, 14 March.

I rang Agediss on the morning of 14 March to ask for the estimated time of delivery and was told between 1330-1530. The delivery never arrived. I rang again at 1525 and was told my parcel had not been scanned at the warehouse and would therefore not be delivered, even though the person I spoke to in the morning had told me it would be delivered that day.

I again rearranged delivery for 18 March. Again, the parcel was not delivered. I rearranged delivery AGAIN by telephone for 19 March and rang Agediss this morning to confirm the parcel would definitely be delivered that day. I was told it would definitely be delivered that day between 1600-1800. It was not delivered.

On 21 March I rang again to complain and ask for an urgent solution to the problem. The person I spoke to told me she would email the depot to locate my item and would call me back. I did not receive a phone call back.

On 23 March I rang again and heard for the first time that there had been a block on the delivery because the elevator in my building was too small. This is not the case - the issue was that the elevator was temporarily broken. She unblocked the delivery and guaranteed me - including in writing - that the item would be delivered today, 28 March.

I rang again this morning, 28 March to check on delivery as I did not receive a tracking link. I was told that there was no record of a delivery being arranged for today. I requested an express delivery today as this is an impossible situation for me and is causing me problems at work as I keep having to take days off (as holiday!) to stay home for a delivery that never arrives. I was told an express delivery was not possible today and I would have to make another delivery appointment. I have no guarantee that my item will actually be delivered at the next appointment.

I currently have no idea where it is or why it is not being delivered to me. It has been 18 DAYS since the original delivery and I have wasted so many of my holiday days staying home, despite repeated assurances from Agediss that the item would be delivered as promised.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY they are utterly incompetent.

Incomprehensively incompetent and possibly a front for fraud

Absolutely incompetent bunch of morons and possibly a front for a fraud. I have been unable to return a piece of furniture that has been delivered broken for more than two months, which also means that I am unable to get back my money from Made. So far, the date for a return has been arranged five times: three times they came for a 'basic return', although a 'premium return' was arranged with Made. This would mean that a heavy package would have taken to the front door by me, which I refused (and was in any case not able to do). The fourth time they simply did not show up. The fifth time, the guy on the phone first claimed that I have a right to a basic return only, but I refused to make an appointment. Then he called me five minutes later, pretending to be someone else (I kid you not) and arranged for a premium return. But that appointment, it turned out, was never entered into their system, so nobody came. Then they called me to arrange for a premium return (finally!), but I was not able to make one. When they called again, they insisted that they can make an appointment for a basic return only. This is a bunch of incompetent a***oles. Dealing with Agediss is like dealing with an abusive partner: they lie, they cheat, they're rude, they say something then they pretend they've never said it, because you've misunderstood, you're confused, things you say happen never actually happen, you're crazy. I wonder if there is even a real company behind it. The drivers are self-employed. There is no way to get to a manager. There is only three people answering the phone. Why anyone would use this service is beyond me - but I'm thinking maybe commenting one of their managers' LinkedIn posts may be a better way to get someone's attention.

STAY AWAY - 7 attempts to pick up packages

No words for this terrible service. I am still waiting for AGEDISS to pick up 3 packages by MADE.COM (a return because the pieces were damaged) and I am now trying to get my pick-up appointment number 7, because on my previous 6 appointments they either never showed up, didn't want to pick up my packages upstairs (even though I payed for premium delivery and pick-up, because I was not able to get the packages downstairs by myself) or they had wrong instructions to pick up one package instead of all three. In addition, the client service is highly unfriendly, I have been in at least 20 calls with them over the past 6 weeks (yes, that's how long I've been waiting and trying to return these packages) and yesterday was the first time somebody was kind on the phone. The people I've spoken to before were never helpful and would not even let me finish explaining my situation. I can't believe that this hotline is called "client service", when all they say is "I can't stay on the phone with you that long, there are other people in the line". Huge irony and simply incredible. No effort to help at all. Still hoping for a package pick-up (maybe it will work on the 20th try??). 0 stars.

Not great

Pretty terrible service. Initially received a call on Saturday to arrange delivery for Monday. Great. Receive text the night before with delivery window. Great. Monday delivery window passes and no delivery. Call AGEDISS and they tell me the delivery didn't go on the truck because it was full. The delivery is rescheduled for the next day. It arrives an hour early while I am out at the supermarket. The deliverers leave the 40kg package in the lobby for me to bring upstairs to my apartment on the third floor. Best of luck if AGEDISS is the one delivering your furniture from MADE.

Unreliable untrustworthy. First they lost a bed. Yes a bed …. Not a book a bed. I re ordered and they again don’t show up. They offer appointment they confirm and they don’t show up. Just a joke of a company
