I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this agent. Payments that were due to me were repeatedly delayed without proper communication. As a landlord/tenant (whichever applies), I expect transparency and timely handling of financial matters, but that did not happen here. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this agency based on my experience.
Avoid this agent. Payments are consistently late, and their website lists information that does not match what’s officially filed on Companies House. This misleading behaviour shows a serious lack of professionalism and transparency.
The worst agent to deal with, please do your research before binding to the contract. They are full of scam they have changed their name 6 time in 4 years time. They have different name on company house and address. It’s scam business.
Amazing experience, really helpful and so informative. My agent Nick is incredible, he helped me through the whole process and was there to answer every question. No matter how big or small. He showed me patience and kindness and really made the whole process manageable and always put us at ease! I cannot thank him enough! Highly recommend!
Indre at Agent House was patient, efficient, flexible and very organised. she got many viewings very quickly even though the current tenant kept saying he was unavailable.
I was with another letting agent as well, but Indre got a very good offer first, even though she started after they did.
It was a brilliant service and I would highly recommend Indre.

I have been using Agenthouse as a partner agent for about a year now for both lettings and sales, and I have been so impressed with the level of customer service they provide. Egle the admin is wonderful and my clients rave about how speedy and efficient she is.
Some companies charge independent agents so much more and provide less backup support.
