Utterly Horrible Service

I had a flat (the spare was already on the car the previous day). Contacted for a tow to a tire shop while sitting on the side of I-44, just 50 miles from St Louis. Initially, they said it would be 120-150 minutes. At the end of that time, the company contracted said they didn't do pick-ups on the highway! Another company had to be selected (I'd now been sitting for three hours) and they were 90-120 minutes out. I finally paid another tow company who arrived in less than an hour and got me to the tire shop.

Extremely Unsatisfying Service Provider Network

I have applied to be a service provider for agero after being extorted and unpaid by Fosters automobile and cheated. For a few weeks now I've complained to Agero about how I did not sign anything directly with Agero myself until I started My own company and applied to be a service provider directly. In turn a ticket was created requesting me to get in contact with Fosters managers and owners who in turn extorted me for 10k to be removed from there driver list which was fraudulant to begin with while agero has not responded or removed me from Fosters driver list and are in control of there own devices to remove me from the Fosters driver list forcefully as they have acknowledged due to very bad blood between myself and Fosters. Agero has not even lifted a finger to do so in 3 weeks.

Absolutely the worst company

Absolutely the worst company. I cannot believe that USAA does buisness with this company. Veterans and their families deserve better. It took three days and major BS to get my truck towed. Agero is simply disgusting.

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO.
THEY WERE HIRED BY STATE FARM TO TOW MY VEHICLE TO A REPAIR FACILITY.
I HAVE A 2023 BMW X7 M60. The Company they hired towed my vehicle on TWO wheels. If I could cuss right now I would. Then I started to look up their reviews. HORRIBLE COMPANY.

Avoid at all costs

Wish I could rate a zero. I spent 3 hours on the side of a major highway waiting for a tow. They never picked up the phone and the driver (who did pick up a few times) gave me completely inaccurate estimates. It was a horrible experience, and I plan to dispute the charges with the BBB.

Awful awful company

Awful awful company! over 2 hours waiting and still no help. Over a 40 minute wait on the phone and still no answer. My daughter has been stuck on the side of the highway for over 2 hours and all she keeps getting is texts that we will be there in another 35 minutes, then another 35 minutes, then another, then another. Do not trust this company.

Terrible!!!!! Minus 10000 stars- state farm used them to find a towing service for me- they came in over 3 hours!!!!!!!! It was sooooo scary- the people they found came in a beat up van and could not tow me but could sell me a battery that i had no choice but to purchase. Algero could care less when i called to complain- imagine being alone over 3 hours where no one was around- the shops had all closed for the night- it was just a horrible experience and this company needs to never be hired

I was charged $154.75 for a tow on…

I was charged $154.75 for a tow on 1/26. I should not have been charged since vehicle was covered by roadside assistance but at that time said couldn't find. I called insurance company on 1/26 and they said vehicle was covered and would reimburse me but I have to send a bill and receipt to them. I contacted Agero on 1/28 and they said they would email bill and receipt to me in 24 to 48 hours. I did not receive so I called late on 1/30 and they said had no record of me calling and would expedite it. Said would be 24 to 48 hours and I would get the email. Well, nothing yet. They took the money right away, how hard is it to send a bill and receipt???

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the way Agero handled my recent claim. After my car was towed, I noticed significant damage to the front bumper, which I believe was caused by negligence during the towing process. Despite providing a clear explanation of the situation and the potential cause of the damage, Agero has refused to investigate the claim further and has denied responsibility.
Their response was both frustrating and dismissive. Agero insists they need concrete evidence to proceed, even though the damage was clearly caused by the actions of the towing company they dispatched. They are essentially placing the burden of proof on me, the customer, without providing any real assistance. They also refused to take any responsibility for the actions of the towing company, stating that they are not directly affiliated with them. This makes it feel like they’re washing their hands of the situation, leaving me to deal with a problem they created by choosing an unreliable towing company.
In addition, the lack of timely communication and an absence of any real support from Agero has been incredibly frustrating. If you're looking for a company that will actually help resolve your issue, I would strongly advise against using Agero. This whole experience has been disappointing and unprofessional.
To anyone considering using Agero’s services, be prepared for them to pass the buck and refuse to take accountability for any issues that arise from their partners' actions. I will certainly be looking elsewhere in the future for roadside assistance and towing needs.

This was an awful place to work

This was an awful place to work. They hire criminal service providers, and terminate anyone who takes the customers side. I had just started working here about two months ago and was terminated for vague reasons. My proformance from a recent evaluation was 83%, they nit pick your calls. I am in absolute shock they can do the things they do. People at this company let the power they have go to their heads.

Attempted Theft!

They tried to run two difference charges on my credit card and I've never heard of this company. Luckily, they had access to a card that was reported lost/stolen and my bank declined the transactions.

Scammers

Paid for RSA for years. Time came and they completely screwed me over. Sorry that have a habit of taking money back from yow co's after they've paid them. No one will work with them, but they keep taking our money. AVOID AGERO AT ALL COSTS

BBB reviews make it clear exactly how awful this company is. It was infinitely cheaper to drop them, get my retroactive pay for RSA and pay for the tow out of pocket. I hope their company goes out of business YESTERDAY and then the corporate office burn to the ground. Disgusting excuse for a company

Agero's Agent was Negligent, Careless & Rude

Agero sent a company that I will never use again for roadside assistance (through CONNECT). The service man, who said his name was "Z", was negligent and careless. After failing to start my car and agreeing it needed to be towed, he slammed the car hood down without returning the 2 plastic covers he'd removed to their proper places and securing them with the screws that he had removed, resulting in breakage of 2 engine top cover cut outs, which I discovered when I noticed the hood was no longer flush with the body. I asked him to open the hood and the cracked covers were readily seen. It also appears paint on the front left and right of the hood has cracked. He never accepted responsibility for breaking the cover and never apologized. I'm 72 years old--this is the worst roadside assistance I've ever experienced.

Much churn, but no Results

Did not have a great experience with Agero. First, got a voicemail from them that was basically indecipherable (English was obviously a second language for the person speaking). Couldn’t make out either the phone number or the email address from the message. After much research and back-and-forth, they basically told me they couldn’t/wouldn’t help.
In summary, a worthless exercise, and major time suck.

My car was dropped off a flatbed due to…

My car was dropped off a flatbed due to the truck cable snapped. The car drug the rear bumper on the asphalt and the front on the flatbed while dropping 3' to the ground. They are trying to deny it even though there are police presence and eyewitnesses. What a terrible company, why do people still do business with them. Can't wait for the judge to see this and hear the testimony. I'm going to sue for much more than damages. They should've just paid for their mistake.

If I could give minus stars

If I could give minus stars, I would. Don’t EVER use these clowns. We had a tow scheduled several days in advance and they never showed!! What’s worse is they NEVER called and said they weren’t coming and we missed our appointment to have the car looked at. Here we sit….. no towing and no appointment to have our car looked at and this is our only vehicle. If I could, I would put a negative review everywhere and run them into the ground. I hope they lose their business!!!

They Make a Bad Day Worse

Check your insurance policy now or call the roadside assist number now BEFORE you need it. Chances are you are having a bad day when you need roadside assistance. My bad day was made much worse dealing with these Agero.
