I cannot recommend Paul, Andy, and the team highly enough. I’ve been using them for around 4 years for gas safety checks and servicing, and they recently completed a full boiler replacement for us.

The communication from start to finish was flawless. Paul is incredibly responsive.

Andy did a fantastic, highly professional job with the installation. They arrived in time, worked efficiently, and completed everything perfectly to plan. Everything was clearly invoiced and transparent, no hidden fees.

From requesting a quote to the actual installation, Paul and his team (Andy and his apprentice Jack) have been extremely professional.

Andy and Paul are great at what they are doing. Andy came on time and did a splendid job. They replaced all my radiators and domestic water pipes. Everything works perfectly now. I am utter pleased to work with them!

I had used AG Fraser a few times for boiler services and work, so felt very happy to use them for a new boiler, and they did not disappoint. Paul was very helpful in explaining all of my options and helping me choose the best boiler for my apartment. All the communication was very clear and timely. Andy, who installed the boiler, worked efficiently and gave me most of the information I needed.

Open, honest, plain talking, a very reasonable price, everything stated up front, no hidden charges, did the work exactly when they said they would to a very high standard….i could go on and on - this company saved us a fortune by taking on the job from a previous firm who were fleecing us and getting nowhere, and I am incredibly grateful

The Engineer,Nathan was polite, introduced himself and his Company correctly. He quickly identified the problem an changed the faulty component. He kept me informed both verbally and visually.
I was extremely satisfied with the service I received.

Professional from the beginning to the end. The initial diagnosis was done over text and following that the fitting was arranged fairly soon afterwards.

Very Pleased with the annual boiler service and Andy was professional. Nathan also came the next day and inspected the issue with our boiler and explained clearly what needed doing and why. Both came right on time and had so many issues before with tradesmen not turning up with no communication so they were a breathe of fresh air. Highly recommend this company.
