Is perfect for my business, minor issues and things that are in the pipeline that should come soon.
I'm using it since October past year thanks to appsumo.com.
Was looking for an invoice system with branding and some other options and I found agiled really helpful.

Will like to make easier the contract and form part that I don't understand well how they work.
But with time I believe will understand everything and also integrations that has many !

Till now is useful for my business as I don't use those two.
Support is quite fast replying 2 to 3 days max and issues solved in very short time.

I like a lots this app that is a big help in my bussines.
Invoicing, crm , expenses, pipelines.

I'm trying to discover how to use Forms and Contracts with esign will like to have more time to do so but well after 3 months using it for Invoicing mainly and client control, I can say that works very well for me just one issue and was solved quick.
I highly recommend this app of you need an app that can do everything for you.
Haven't try any integration yet tried to add the calendars but don't really understand how to do it.

My team and I were looking for a cohesive project management system to keep track of tasks and attendance and Agiled had everything that we needed. There are of course some features missing such as team group chats and the UI can be kind of clunky but overall, it's easy to keep track of customers and employees all in one dashboard. Set up and log in is simple and task assignment is easy. Invoice and finances are clear and concise and customization is great! I love that I don't have to switch between different apps because everything I need is available in Agiled.

Fantastic solution that allows you to scale the amount of management you need for your business from the system perspective. Starting out - no problem! Put your plans together along with budgets using the productivity module. Managing clients who have technical issues? No problem give them access to create tickets directly in the portal so those can be addressed fast. This is a all-in-one CRM solution, and similar to others I was thinking it is too much to ask for in 1 system - the trick is to take the key features of those solutions and combine them. I haven't yet explored everything agiled offers, but what I have used shows innovative thinking towards a system for running a business!

Honestly so much CRM in the market with lots of features in each of them. But what Agiled standouts is the multiple features that other's need to have at least get another apps or buy addons.

Agiled is a powerful all in 1 CRM, The strength is defend on where you use it as a company/ department. Why it defends? Because of the rich features.
For me our company only focus on the CRM, project management, task, contact, invoicing for now. And still a lot more features to implement soon on my department.

Now as an admin, the beauty to white label, customize the look, add custom field, apply user roles etc.. What can I ask for?

Every apps has some issues, no apps is perfect. That's why all apps are constantly updating. The same with Agiled, they do have some issues, but the support seems active based on what I am currently experiencing.

Pros: Mind blown. Did not realize Agiled would be this complete and good to maintain and keep track of a project. Before Agiled, I was living with spreadsheet and now I feel like a caveman time traveled to the future using Agiled. Highly recommended.
Cons: None. Literally nothing I can think of. Offered more features than I would need.

Finally a professional and ergonomic CRM

I them really configure my Dashboard to my liking and decide what employees can access!

In addition, it is in French, as well as the application available for IOS and Google Play

Reactive support for my questions (it's very important for us), additional functions that can be activated or not and an input structure designed for the user (bravo)

I highly recommend acquiring this awesome business CRM software!

I have been looking for a comprehensive tool to manage my consulting practice for several months. I wanted to have a full CRM, accounting/invoicing, a secure/private client portal and project management capabilities. It was looking like I was going to have to build a Frankenstein... ButI found Agiled, and it does EVERYTHING i was hoping for - and more. This is an absolute goldmine of productivity and efficiency. To say that I am excited is an understatement.

Finally, an all in one tool! This platforms runs my business. It handles payroll, propecting, forms, emails, chat, invoices, billing, customer relations, and proposals.

I plan to use this mainly for invoicing clients, but after going through the platform, there is so much more it can offer. From sales pipeline to managing employees and form builder for lead generation and more! The learning curve can be a bit steep but their youtube videos are helpful in guiding how to navigate around the software. Definitely worth investing time and money in this awesome tool.

I bought Agiled a few days ago for our Digital Marketing Agency.
It looks like a complete CRM with plenty of features.
It is complex CRM but at the same time easy to use.
Features CRM, HRM, Contract, Shared folders with clients, Chat for users, Appointment Scheduler, Announcements, Reports etc.
I recommend it for all business sizes.
