Seamless service that takes a lot of the heavy lifting off my plate.

In February I found Agile for my weight loss treatment, because I mistakenly had already refilled my prescription from my current company when I got a "cannot ship to my location" warning. Under the impression that there was an issue and not wanting to interrupt my current progress, nor stop the medication abruptly, I signed up with Agile.
I received the first vial in February. I did not renew my prescription, because I had, in fact, received my prescription from the current company. Now I will take fault for not checking my transactions a little faster, however I was charged 200$ for the months of March through June, to which I received no product at all. I attempted to cancel the subscription, and asked for a refund to which the reply was "we can send you the product, (if a provider will approve it) we will not issue a refund. Stole 800$ from me. Do not sign up with this company.

Instructions sent with injectable medication could be more robust.

The toughest part was getting together. Once we made contact everything was fine. I believe your calendar doesn't adjust "Arizona Time" to the fact we are on Pacific time this time of year, not Mountain time.... everyone else moves, we don't. So that screwed up coordination of appointment time.

Experience with the doctor and getting medication was easy. But getting logged into the website/app has been a nightmare. I called and was told my issue had been escalated to IT and I would be called. 12 hours later and no call. I am only able to get through the email I was sent. My husband had the same issue except his email was incorrect, they said they fixed it but is still not getting emails.

I would not recommend this company. In my experience, it appears to be poorly managed and does not prioritize the quality and safety of the treatment it provides.
They sent me a one-month supply of GLP-1 medication, but the stated beyond-use date (BUD) expired before I could complete all of the required doses. By the time I received the medication, one to two weeks of its usable life had already passed. In addition, the vials were not clearly labeled with the expiration or beyond-use date. When I contacted them about this issue, I was simply told to continue using the medication anyway.
The delivery process is also concerning. This medication is supposed to be kept refrigerated, yet there was no delivery notification or alert that it had arrived. In my case, the package sat outside for more than a day before I discovered it, breaking the cold chain. Once again, when I raised the issue, I was told that it was still fine to use, with little concern shown for the integrity of the medication.
The medical guidance has also been inconsistent. During a consultation, one healthcare professional advised me not to take the medication, while later, through email, I was instructed to take it. Receiving contradictory advice from the same organization is frustrating and undermines confidence in the care being provided.
Overall, my experience has been disappointing. There seems to be a lack of quality control, poor communication, and inconsistent medical guidance. When dealing with medications that require careful handling and dosing, patients deserve much better.
