Nurse Practitioner Kretschmer was very professional and knowledgeable; She knew exactly what I was looking for, the dosage amount and how to use the medication. Highly recommended.

I really appreciate the professionalism and prompt responses from providers. I have used a different GLP1 provider before switching to Agile, and it’s like night and day in terms of customer service and overall quality. Thank you. I am so excited about my weight loss progress, and I look forward to remaining a customer of Agile Health.

This time I was able to refill my medication without having multiple visits with a healthcare professional, which made it quicker and less stressful

While the actual meeting with the provider went great, the technology and site made it so I was 10 minutes late. Both the provider and I experienced issues connecting and I was disconnected three times. The site also said I used an invalid invite link even through it was from the email reminder itself.

I paid Agile Telehealth $199 for enrollment in a weight-loss program involving compounded GLP-1 medication. During the intake process, I disclosed my medical history, including my prior bariatric surgery. After payment, Agile advised that medication would not be prescribed because I had not obtained clearance from my bariatric surgeon. As a result, I received no medication and was unable to participate in the treatment program for which I paid.
I requested a refund, but Agile Telehealth has insisted that I call by phone despite my written requests for cancellation and a refund via email. I signed up for the program online, yet Agile does not allow me to cancel online or by email and instead requires a phone call, which I believe is unfair and unnecessarily burdensome.
I am also concerned that the compounded GLP-1 medication being marketed through the program may no longer be permitted under current FDA policy.
Regardless, Agile accepted my payment, determined that treatment would not be provided, and retained the $199 fee despite providing no medication.
I requsted a full refund of $199 and written confirmation that my account has been canceled and that no future charges will occur. Agile Teleheath has ignored my clear written request thus far.
Edit: Agile has now emailed me 6/8/2026 agreeing to cancel and refund, which is appreciated
