Great classes, my daughter loves going and has progressed though the belts very quickly!

My son has attended AGMA kickboxing in Chandler's Ford for 9 months, since he was 4. He really enjoys the classes with the mixture of fitness and skills. He has learnt so much and the classes have had a really positive impact on his confidence. The instructor, Mark, is knowledgeable and very patient!!! Would highly recommend.

My daughter has been attending the class since June. I asked her how she likes it and has given a score of 100 out of 10. She really likes how the instructor provide clear guidance and support with her learning. She loves the physical exercise and looks forward to attending every week. As a parent I have noticed her energy and confidence grow even over this short time. :)

My teenage daughter has been doing AGMA classes for nearly 2 years now and she started out very shy with no confidence at all however she has gained so much self esteem and confidence over the time and absolutely loves the lessons with Feroza.
We are delighted that she has come so far so quickly and look forward to her continuing to thrive in her martial arts journey!

My children have been apart of this club for 2 years now, and they absolutely love the lessons, the instructor is engaging, professional and fun, would highly recommend to anyone who wants to be involved in martial arts.

My daughter Luna has been going to Kickboxx at AGMA since she was about 3, she’s nearly 5 now, and it’s been such a brilliant experience from the start.

Coach Feroza is absolutely amazing with the kids. She’s kind, patient, and knows exactly how to balance fun with structure. Luna has learned so much, not just self-defence, but discipline, focus, and confidence too.

It’s a lovely environment, with no pressure and no show-off attitude, just genuine care and encouragement. Luna always looks forward to her sessions, and as a parent, that means everything.

We have found this to be a well run and welcoming club. All ages and abilities have been welcomed and our son has improved with every lesson. The kids really seem to enjoy the group games which are part of each session.

My son has been attending the Parkstone sessions for about 3 years, not only has his fitness improved but he has learnt some valuable life skills. Would highly recommend, not only are the sessions informative but fun too.

My 4 year old has been attending AGMA Portsmouth for just over 6 months and the transformation I’ve seen is way and above any expectations in terms of discipline, confidence, strength and agility. All the self defence skills being taught are priceless. Really pleased overall with the instructors not only great fun but also great role models 5 stars from a proud dad👍👏

I am new to AGMA and I am absolutely LOVIN it. It’s fun and everyone is friendly and supportive. We have been learning all sorts of different moves and techniques, making each session different. Really look forward to my class each week!

My son has always loved coming to his kick boxing lessons. It has given him real self confidence and a sense of belonging within the group.
The teaching has been excellent and supportive to enable my son to learn many moves and disciplines. As a result he has achieved several belts in a short space of time and gives him a real sense of achievement as he moves up a grade.
The group is very well managed each week to get the most out of each session. Thank you Adele.

My Son has been coming here for some time, he's gained not just belts but strength. It wears me out just watching him. He has possibly ADHD yet to be confirmed but this means he struggles with focus and can easily be distracted. The few trainers he has had so far have all tried to keep him involved if he feels overwhelmed or is struggling.they gently guide him so he gains in confidence and wants to then be involved in the group game's this in turn helps him in other areas of his school life. He may not always want to go I mean it is exercise after all ,but normally he really enjoys it when he does.

AGMA is a great place to enjoy staying fit, learning a martial art and grow in confidence for my 2 children. They are very organised and constantly improving all aspects of their provision.

My son has been at AGMA kickboxing club for 2 years. We wanted to get him involved in a sport and having done kickboxing myself I knew this would give the right balance of discipline and fun. He also gets a sense of achievement through gradings and gaining belts. We’ve had a few instructors run the Milton class and all of them have been great with young kids, showing patience whilst keeping them engaged. All in all a great club, give it it a go 🙂

My children have been attending classes with AGMA for several years now and we've been so happy with the results, our children have gained new skills but also valuable confidence too. I wholly recommend the club and instructors!

I've been attending the Adults (14+) and the ladies only classes for nearly 6 months and have found them really enjoyable as well as a great way to get fitter. Always a nice mix of cardio and kickboxing skills. Each session is different so it doesn't get repetitive. Everyone is really friendly and it doesn't matter how good you are or not.
