I bought a car from Carys, great experience and very helpful throughout. Would recommend purchasing a car from Carys.

I visited Bavarian Mini, Boucher Road, about 2 weeks ago and was very interested in purchasing a Mini Countryman. I returned this afternoon about 2.30 pm with a view to finialising a purchase. When I arrived, I looked around the cars on show outside the showroom. Then I entered the showroom and wandered around for about 10 mins. No-one made any effort to make contact with me. I then went outside again for another walk around. On my return, the girl on the first right desk, with whom I had made original contact with, had finished dealing with another customer. However, even though she was free, she completely ignored me, reviewed her mobile phone for a few minutes and then left her desk to have a conversation with another employee. Another chap further down from her also ignored me, as did the receptionist. I had planned to purchase a new Countryman this afternoon for a cash sale. I was completed dissatisifed as to how I was treated. My son and I left after approximately 20 mins, haveing expressed my disappointment with the receptionist. I will now take my business elsewhere😢. My experience in purchasing my MINI at Bavarian was very positive, and I would definitely recommend them as a dealership.
Louis Jellie was very helpful without being forceful. That was important to me. I did not want to feel under pressure. He was informative and friendly yet respected my need to reflect - a good balance.
The showroom and support staff were also very attentive. A good experience.

From my initial contact Philip contacted me without delay with a very comprehensive video of my potential mini. He arranged for me to come to the showroom and test drive the mini. Presentation of the mini was excellent. It was immaculate and the body work gleaming. The showroom is dog friendly so my dog was made to feel right at home on every visit. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Nadine in finance made the buying process very easy and I was fully informed throughout the buying process. I have taken ownership of my beautiful 60th edition mini. I will certainly be recommending Bavarian mini as the high level of customer care is greatly appreciated during the process of car buying as it can be a stressful time selecting and buying a car. Philip looked after me throughout and his knowledge and expertise was greatly appreciated. He kept in touch throughout the process and was always available to answer any concerns I had.

Excellent service and communication with Richard Mc Knight in the Services Dept. Problem resolved effectively. Valued the video of my car via Jim Morrow which leaves me feeling more secure in the vehicle in the time ahead. Overall first rate. GK

From the receptionist to the sales personnel everyone at Agnew Mini were very friendly and helpful. The sales person we dealt with (Gary Glendinning) was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the vehicle we finally opted for. Gary put us at ease and at no time made us feel pressurised. An all round good experience.

Louis Jellie was the most genuine and helpful car salesperson we have ever dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble and his communication was great. He gave us so much information and help in such a pleasant manner. Very pleasant and informative young lady welcomed me, gave me all the relevant information, answered queries etc. She presented as very confident, professional and competent.

Great service even had a mechanic go out with me to find the rattle noise and hopefully this is now fixed. Downside the price of the service 😱
