You guys are awesome! You guys were very quick with delivering my model! I purchased my model kit on your Mental Health promotion on October 10th and I was very excited to nominate my friend Darin for the free extra model. I'm looking forward to spending time with my friend building these awesome models together! As of today, my friend hasn't seen his model kit come in yet or any update on when he can expect to receive it. Just wondering if you could give him or myself an update on when he can expect the delivery on his model?

All parts for pack 1 seem to be there, BUT...
All parts for pack 1 (63 Corvette) seem to be there, but I can't tell for sure because there was no documentation included to list the parts or assembly instructions. Is that common? I don't want to resort to watch YouTube tutorials to be able to build it. (edit) Problem Solved, Thanks Agora for the quick response.

After I purchased the complete set of the Apache Helicopter it arrived in record time. I noticed that everything was neatly packaged and well labeled. I have completed 25 model builds and am…
I have completed 25 model builds and am working on 5 models and have ordered another. Agora is an excellent company to deal with. They are customer oriented, very professional, transparent, and willing to work with the customer. They are literally without mistakes ( minor mistakes are due to their supplier in China with wrong parts or missing parts, which is very rare and always fixed instantly.) The shipping schedule is adhered to with packages being received monthly without any delays. No out of stock and no price increases midway during the subscriptions. Agora is so reliable and sets a high standard for dependability and customer service. I cannot say enough about how frustration free the subscriptions are and always on time and complete. I am 78 and have progressing dementia and my time is filled with building their models and enjoying all the time I have let. I am so very very thankful for Agora.
