Agreed.co.uk is the self-service property platform. Agreed enables homeowners to list, market, communicate and negotiate their Sale or Let with access to Rightmove & Zoopla all whilst remaining as secure and compliant as possible. You look after viewings, offers and choosing whether to accept them and we make sure the ID and Anti money laundering checks are carried out, we also make sure your buyers have the funds in place before you engage with your solicitor. Agreed lets you choose from marketing your property on Rightmove, Zoopla & Prime location or List Globally (to market to all those international buyers) for as little as £9.99 per week. We also offer a discounted rate if you choose to market for 3 months at a time paid in advance. Additional marketing products can be purchased such as Advertising Boards, Professional Photography, Floorplans, Energy Performance Certificates & Virtual Tours, you can even create bespoke flyers, because they say the most likely people to buy your home already live within a 10 mile radius of your home. 4.5 stars is more accurate
Overall, I'm very impressed with Agreed...it's fantastic having so much control over marketing your house!
Onboarding was easy enough: once you've passed verification and filled in your property details, you can start marketing straight away.
Whilst they have many add-ons, I only needed their Rightmove package which seemed reasonable at £15/week. This auto-renews but can be cancelled at anytime and easily reactivated if you need to go back on the market.
Buyers commented that they found the platform easy enough to use, and it was a nice feeling getting pinged with new enquiries as they came through.
More often than not, I'd get a callback request and then open communication with an introductory text. This was a subtle way to interact with buyers and just about all texts converted into viewings.
Once I had a definite buyer and an official offer was made via the portal, Agreed performed the necessary checks on them and produced a Memorandum of Sale that I could give to my vendor up the chain.
Relying on email to contact support knocks half-a-star off as communication can be stunted when days go by without a reply. I was never able to get anyone on the phone. I had all my queries answered eventually though.
High-street agents have their place but it's nice to be able to cut out the middleman and this is where Agreed excels.
Hard to contact. Have really enjoyed using the app and…
Have really enjoyed using the app and have had complete control over the sale of my house... until now. I have an offer on my house and have tried 5 times to contact Agreed via email and phone, to find out how I change the status of my property online to under offer but no response at all. So they haven't done any of the checks they say they will do on the purchasers finances etc Very disappointed now in what otherwise has been a positive experience. Since writing this review Agreed have now contacted me so I have added a star. And having explained how the process works, I can see that they are now handling the offer as promised and are doing the financial checks. Thank you for rectifying the issues for me.
Every time I use ‘Agreed’
Every time I use ‘Agreed’, it’s easy, effective and customer service are so helpful/come straight back with help/advice.
I recommend totally.
Straight forward to use and saved ££££’s
Very straight forward and easy to follow process
We have sold using online only
Long as your property gets exposure on RightMove and the big portals then there really isn’t much difference
We have used online only platforms twice now and have saved ££££’s in traditional estate agents fees.
Would recommend
Agreed self service platform was easy…
Agreed self service platform was easy and effective to use. I planned the viewings to my own convenience. There was no lost opportunity of maximising on any enquiries as I could respond at any time, not 9 - 5 like most High Street Estate Agents. Agreed helped me along the way for any queries I had. They also provided the Sales Memorandum to handover at the last stage of the marketing process to the Solicitors. Fantastic value for money. I would not hesitate to use Agreed in the future.
Really easy to use
Really easy to use, simple to list and cheap to let our property.

Incorrect valuation tool and difficult website
I saw Agreed on Rightmove and thought why not give it a go. However first impression of website was not good plus difficult to navigate. I then gave the valuation report a try and it was incorrect by a mile. If they can’t get something this important even ball park how am I meant to trust them to sell my house. I know this valuation was out as we recently had our home valued by 3 Agents from local companies. It must be missing key features like square footage & number of bed rooms. So decided to go with an agent for the service and expertise but wanted to share feedback.

Recently bought through Agreed
Recently bought through Agreed. The whole process was really simple and I loved that Agreed didn’t get in the way, the seller and I were just able to get on with it. We just completed and the whole process took 11 weeks from when we first saw the home. Hopefully we won’t have to move again but if we do I hope it’s a house being sold with Agreed.

Buy to let Landlord
I’m a buy to let landlord and I’m always buying new properties to add to my portfolio so to say that I’ve seen every imaginable estate agent is an understatement. It’s rare that you actually enjoy a purchase or sale but on this occasion I’ll go as far as saying it was trouble free. I’ve got a couple of properties coming up that I’m considering selling so I think I know who I’ll be using to sell them. For someone like myself who knows the ins and outs of the selling process it was a bit of no-brainer.

New property with Agreed
Just moved in to a property let with Agreed, we met the landlord on the first viewing and of course they knew everything about the property, not like our last viewing with another estate agent who didn’t have a clue what was included or when the start date was, not very comforting!! Anyway all the referencing was super quick and they drafted the contracts, it was all done electronically so we didn’t have to trek into anyone’s offices. Thanks Agreed!

Five star experience.....
I was a little apprehensive at first we had never heard of Agreed. It all seemed to good to be true. Turns out it's exactly as described. Excellent service from start to finish. The team were quick to act on everything, from going live on Rightmove etc to arranging a professional photographer. The house was only on the market for a few days, before I accepted an offer. I can't praise this company enough and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Excellent Service
There is a little time and effort involved in setting up the property on the website but I found the process simple. I wasn't a fan of the thumb on head ID photo requirement. It felt childish.
Our house was sold in 1 week.
I used the Agreed solicitor portal and found Gorvins. They were also excellent.
I saved over £5000 on the estate agent fees and £500 on the solicitor fees compared to using my local services.
Because you have personal contact with the buyer communications were quick and easy. We exchanged in just 8 weeks.

Very poor service
This may be good for sellers but not for buyers, saw a property we liked arranged a viewing and registered on line went for a second viewing, it also says they check immediately with people no one has been in touch with us, I tried to get back on line unfortunately l forgot the password,so went to reset message said that we would receive reset immediately after six attempts with no response l e mailed them directly it says respond in two working days that's not happened
The result of this means he may have lost out on a better offer and we couldn't put an offer in
Very poor service

At last. A way to do it yourself without the huge fees
I always wanted a way to sell properties myself but could not access the big websites like Right Move and Zoopla. I spotted an Agreed advert on the London Underground and gave it a go. I’m very glad I did. I sold my rental property in 4 weeks and my solicitor did the let work once the buyer was found. My solicitor was amazed that it cost me less than £150 in agency fees that they are going to use it too!!!!
You have to host viewing yourself and negotiate the sale yourself, but that’s fine for me. May not be for some. But when you’re saving over £6000 in agency fees - it’s pretty great!
Thanks Agreed, I’ll be using you for the next one next year.

Great website if your willing to put in…
Great website if your willing to put in the effort and save on the restrictions of estate agents .
amazing to be in the position to change the advert and asking price moving with the market to bring a sale to a first time buyer couple .
This way you can market yourself , meeting protective buyers with all the details they require .
sale to completion within 5 weeks due to the direct contact with buyers .

I loved selling with AGREED.
I LOVED this approach to selling a house. Despite being elderly and computer challenged AND not at all familiar with selling properties in the UK - (I live ordinarily in Australia) I was keen to do it - because Estate Agents have such a lacklustre approach to ‘quick sales’. Reduce the price is the only thing on offer. Negotiating the sale of your house for you is they say ‘getting the highest price’ - but in real life it is actually about getting a price you would be really happy to achieve, in the easiest way possible. Also - not all offers are equal - when you have someone with no home to sell, offering the same price as someone who is subject to a chain - you get to choose who you would rather negotiate with! With this platform - that is how you approach the sale, and once you know what you would be happy to achieve - and the market is agreeable - the sale is quick and easy. There is nothing to lose -at the weekly price of listing - you can always try for a few weeks - and revert to agents if it doesn’t get interest. Getting to meet potential buyers and seeing their responses gave a good indication who was genuinely interested and who was ‘just looking’ - so you knew where to focus your attention.
At the preparation stage I did have a few glitches in terms of an unusual sale - and not being confident with knowing what to do at each stage - but once I explained the issues to the staff -they were quick to respond and guide me through. I accepted an offer higher than any estate agent said I could achieve (after their fees were deducted) just 5 days after it was listed, but had plenty of viewers lined up should that offer prove to be invalidated. The cost for me of selling the house at over my asking price - was just £20.00 Why would you NOT try this - given the thousands you give to agents, who wont clean your house, or keep it inspection-ready for months on end. If I had one thing I would have liked more: it would be to have had editorial rights to complete my own descriptions based on their guidance. But I can’t complain about minor details - having sold in just one week!

We saved thousands
We had a smooth and fast experience with Agreed, selling our property in only 5 weeks from listing. We also saved thousands in the process.
Signing up and listing my property on the platform was a breeze. The system was very user-friendly and made it easy to communicate with potential buyers and schedule viewings.
Charles was amazing, he responded very fast and assisted us with everything we required. He was very friendly and made the process easy and clear.
First time selling my house…
First time selling my house and came across Agreed via social media. Such a simple process and most definitely the future of selling your home. Fantastic customer service who replied to me promptly and super friendly. Could not recommend this company enough. Thanks Agreed 😀
Unreliable (can’t be trusted)
Have been paying a fortune for rightmove & Zoopla subscriptions but the property didn’t go live!!! I also payed extra for a PREMIUM listing and of course it’s not been allocated. No wonder I haven’t been getting any viewings!!! Got in touch with them and not even heard anything back. Absolutely ridiculous customer service how many people do you have? Don’t take on properties if you don’t have the capacity to keep them live!! A shambles company. Taking money but not doing what they say. I’m furious.
