Am I the only one here unlucky with the…

Am I the only one here unlucky with the low quality of customer service of this insurance company?
I use the services of several insurance companies and Agria is the worst.
I bought insurance for my cat and received the contract as well as payment plans.
The payment plan is the first 3-month payment in advance then monthly payment onwards. And I complied the rule to pay the first instalment of 3 months.
They suddenly changed my payment agreement and requested me to pay the whole rest year without asking for my permission.
I tried so hard to contact the consumer services to clarify the situation and received absolutely no response. Called 3 times, waited on the line 20-30 minutes. Nobody answered. Left the phone number for call-back, never received a call-back.
Then I nicely wrote emails via contact forms. Still never received a reply. Wrote another email via complaint form, still no reply.
I tried to log on my Agria personal page, error.
Then it's funny that I called again the customer service by another number, they picked up the line. finally, the error of my Agria page got fixed. Then I managed to change my payment to monthly instalment again.
I thought everything is fine now. Until today, I checked again and saw they charge me to pay two months, instead of 1 month as monthly instalment payment plan.

I feel that this company is just trying to taking my money but does not want to deliver appropriate services.
I am very unhappy with this service and cannot trust them at all if in case I need to reclaim my cat benefits. What's the point if I am the customer and cannot get the supports, either the replies from them?

It's easy to register as their new customers but difficult to terminate your contract even if they deliver to you low services.
I want to switch to another insurance company and informed them to terminate the contract via emails. But have still not heard anything from them, while they keep counting to charge me upcoming months.
