Garbage, complete and utter peace of shi,, of an agency. Usseless

I called them and didn't even finish speaking person I spoke to just hung up. Answered one question and just hung up without saying anything. Horrible service. Man voice talked at 11:50 January 10. Because of people like him you have this rating. I'd recommend looking into it.

Legitimately the most difficult public service I have ever experienced and will experience in any country.
If you're not Norwegian, you are not a priority.
They will look down on you and you will have you fight an unnecessary fight for your rights.
Even with a lawyer it's difficult to get help.
They will keep asking you for the same documents over and over then claim they lost them, what public service loses personal documents!??
NAV has 100% bad reviews for a reason.

The data about my payments received from NAV is faulty - on average, the sums are trippled, as if I got three payments instead of one. Keeping screenshots of that.
Contacted NAV regarding this issue, got their teamleader calling harassing me, and reporting later on that I said NAV is corrupt.

Informed NAV team leader in written that he is a liar and NAV calls are recorded, and I request a formal meeting to discuss this issue. Many months later, I received an answer that the person is no longer working in NAV. Still got no answer on my payments and why NAV shows I received so much more when I did not.

P.S. Noticed that data about employment has been changed as well, many positions somehow lowered. Team leader can become a carpenter, and asbestsanering can become office consulting. Again, have all the screenshots handy. NAV is saying that data showing on "nav.no" regarding employment is not connected to NAV, and I need to contact employers. So did the employers present wrong data to NAV in fact?

It's the worst place to go when you need help sometime. If you are not lucky and you get the wrong people you can wait very long. In some case the social workers are arrogant and incompetent. They abuse power and do not communicate effectively. It's a job center for those people to get a job that otherwise will be useless to society. Like in the worst case the thief become a cop the lazy become a social worker.
