Really expensive, had to buy a subscription for 20 dollar, creating a simple product-video takes alot of time and all my credits are gone after one request. Had to buy new credits for 27 dollar and these are also gone in two request and the ai agent didn't even do what i asked.

Nicky was great . . . very patient and supportive with my slow understanding of how to be help. . . . . Nicky fixed my problem and gave me resolution to my issue. . . . very happy with my service today . . .

Nicky was great, I initially was pissed with the credit usage, after contacting support, Nicky explained that credit usage was dependent on the mode selected.

Additionally, Nicky shared helpful materials on how to manage credits effectively.

My experience with InVideo AI was very disappointing. The platform claimed it could create video as I requested, then prompted me to pay for credits/subscription access. After paying, the final output was unusable and the video was not suitable for intended purposes.

When I requested a refund, support gave generic responses and focused on policy rather than the misleading claim and failed product. My membership was cancelled, but no refund was provided.

In my experience, InVideo AI overpromised, took payment, failed to deliver a usable product, and did not handle the complaint fairly. I would not recommend it for professional or Arabic-language content.

I logged on to this service and asked it to create a lyric music video. It said it would cost 18 credits. So I spent $20. It created the video and it was not even close to what I asked for. It was missing lyrics that I directly gave. I stopped it at one point when it showed me some terrible image it created that I directly told to use the image I provided. IT took all 75 credits and made a completely unusable video that I did not want. This is a scam service. Bait and switching credit usage without consent. ZERO out of 10 stars. I would not suggest using this service.
Now it wont even let me cancel my sub. I tried to delete my account and it said "cancel sub to delete". I went to cancel my sub and it said it was canceled but when I go to delete my account it wont allow it saying "cancel sub". TOTAL SCAMMERS run this program.

I pay for the basic plan 20$ and was excited to finish my first video and what was the result? i need more credits to continue. I havent a chance to see the final results of my video and they wanting me to pay for more credits to continue. The customer service answered my email very quickly and tells me that they cant make a refund.
I dont recommend Invideo, i found another AI video maker and very happy with it.

One of the most frustrating experiences I have had with an AI video platform.

I started generating a short video on the free plan. When the generation could not be completed, I was prompted to upgrade to the $20 monthly subscription. I upgraded specifically to complete that same video, expecting that a paid monthly plan would be sufficient for such a basic task.

To my surprise, even after upgrading, the video still could not be completed. Instead, I was asked to purchase additional credits or spend even more money. This raises a simple question: how can a paid monthly subscription be insufficient to complete a single short video?

I did not subscribe to create dozens of videos. I subscribed to complete one video that had already started generating. The fact that a short video remained unfinished even after paying for a monthly plan is unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

What makes the situation worse is that customer support refused to offer any refund or meaningful solution. Rather than addressing why the video could not be completed after upgrading, they provided a standard response about subscription costs and resource allocation.

Customers should be clearly informed before paying if a monthly subscription does not guarantee the completion of even a short video and if additional credit purchases may still be required. This is important information that affects purchasing decisions.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform. I paid for a subscription, my video was never completed, I was asked to spend even more money, and my refund request was denied with a rude reply.

I subscribed to invideo to generate and export video content, but due to technical issues, I was completely unable to utilize or export a single video. When I reached out to customer support to request a refund, they completely blocked it, hiding behind their terms and conditions.
Their excuse is that "AI compute and infrastructure costs" were generated on their side. From a customer perspective, this is a total rip-off: they are charging me for their server costs even though the platform failed to deliver a usable, exportable product.
As a university student on a tight budget, losing money for a broken service is incredibly frustrating. They gave me platform credits instead, but credits don't pay for my living expenses. If your system fails to deliver the product, you shouldn't keep the customer's money. Very disappointed with Patrick and the support team. Avoid this service if you expect fair customer treatment!

Terrible, scummy, scam of a company. Was generating a video that it told me it could generate. It then stopped generating, told me I needed more credits. I wanted this one video; I wouldn't use it again for anything else. I then bought the $20 plan, and it IMMEDIATELY told me it cannot generate the video for other reasons. ??? Are you kidding me? I just paid because it said you need more credits to generate THIS video that it was ALREADY generating. complete waste of time and what a joke. Do NOT use this company I placed in a request to get refunded and it was denied saying I had already used the plan. NO SHIT? I used it to tell it that it scammed me NOTHING ELSE. I didn't generate anymore. What a shit company I would recommend nobody uses this company. F around and find out. Hope your $20 bucks is worth this -1 star review! xoxo

Patrick and all the others I have encountered here have really been truly amazing! Costumer service is just as important to me as the product itself, and when you have both (which is very Rare) you have the complete package. Invideo has the Complete Package, and this is why I won't be going anywhere else anytime soon. Keep on Rockin you all and God Bless!

Truely awful. I downloaded wrote the prompts and the app gave me a cost estimate and confirmed it could do what I’d asked (a simple video).

It took my money then spectacularly failed to deliver a video - a series of stills with overlaid text you could do better in PowerPoint! A seven year old could do better in ppt.

I sent a refund request to the customer service (also AI) who can’t view a screenshot and send you the apple refund form suggesting you put the ss there (you can’t) they don’t even understand the form they send.

Absolutely dire - hopefully I’ll get my refund via Apple but the time wasted I won’t get back.

I am tryingbto create youtube content usingvstick footage, and it is a terribly hard user interface with little control over the output, you cant enven listen to the narrators voice you thinking of using before you spend ctmredits to make the video, obviously designed to make you used more credits, it plays the same scene multiple times in the video dispite havinf access to millions of clips to chose from. i was gong to make AI generated videos however they want $145 AUD for 390 credits and i be lucky to get 1.5 8min video out of that, feel its a complete rip of and i would spend you money elsewhere, there has to be better option out there fir less money and mosymt if all better product, dont waste your money on this rubbish platform.

I am writing this review to share my recent experience with InVideo.io, which has been highly disappointing. I originally signed up for a one-month subscription for a specific project. However, the platform’s "Agent One" workflow—which uses a complex and non-transparent credit system—led to unexpected charges accumulating rapidly during a single session.

By the time I realized the cost implications of the corrections and script adjustments, I had been charged over $250. In the confusion of the moment, I upgraded to an annual subscription believing it might solve the credit issues, only to find the costs continued to stack up.

When I reached out to customer support, I was met with form responses, tutorial links, and an initial refusal to acknowledge the issue. Despite my attempts to resolve this professionally and explain that the billing structure was unclear, I was only offered a small partial refund for one credit bundle, while the significant costs of the annual subscription and other charges remained.

I shared clear documentation of my experience, but the resolution offered was inadequate given the circumstances. I would advise potential users to be extremely cautious regarding the "Agent One" workflow and to fully understand the credit consumption before proceeding, as the billing transparency fell far short of my expectations.
🚨🚨Update: InVideo made it right after public escalation. Senior support reviewed the account, acknowledged the billing confusion, and issued a refund. Long road to get here, but resolved.

Crazy overpriced. The base level subscription of 75 credits isn't even enough to create a 30 second video. I used over 75 credits just getting the six scene storyboard created. Total scam. I'd recommend avoiding this product unless you have thousands of dollars to spend.

My experience with InVideo AI has been extremely disappointing. I have spent a considerable amount of money on the platform and still have not been able to complete even a basic promotional video due to constant limitations, generation restrictions, and the rapid consumption of credits. The company's marketing creates expectations that, in my case, were not met at all. I believe the value provided is far below the price being charged. After investing a significant amount of money, ending up without a usable final product is both frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend this service to anyone who needs to create videos efficiently and predictably

I delt with the greatest customer service people ever. They gave me a refund and gave me additional credits for free just so I could finish my project. I couldn't be more thankful would 100% recommend this company for the amazing job that they did

It really bad. How would you consume my entire monthly subscription of $20 to generate less than a minute youtube reel. It makes no sense at all!!! Would not recommend. Worse part is i can't actually preview the full video and it asking for more credits. Credits for a video that i can't see a full preview

Invideo team has been reachable, willing to help and solution oriented. Recently, Tushar Gote was a good example of Invideo's willingness to extend the needed support.

Complete Scam! Do not give them your money. I signed up and even had to add additional credits to my monthly subscription just to make one video that was never even completed because it had a bunch of typos in it. It was a very simple 45-second video that stitched together a couple of images and added some text overlay. Complete garbage, zero customer service. This seems like a scam to me.
