I have only spoke with Ozzy I haven't met him, but he has taken over my case as I was in a RTA.
My car was written off and within 2 weeks I had my money for the valuation of the car.
He is also dealing with another matter for me and I must say he contacts you in a timely manner. Nothing is too hard for him or he will try and sort the problem out.

Has helped me twice now in the last 2 years the first accident was very complex as I was hit from the front & behind. Aid was able to pay my finance out & allow me to keep my car & sorted out all injuries. In the second accident I was hit from behind and AidHire was able to get me a replacement car for the same day & sorted my car out which was also a lease vehicle belonging to my employer. Couldn’t recommend them enough for taking all the stress & hassle from me
