Beware of online print service Customer Service and printing.

I used the online service and it was a complete disaster trying to follow up on my order and reach the right person. I talk to three sales people and then I got dropped off when I was trying to reach the right place. I printed premium business cards with bleeds and they literally printed them with the marks on all four corners front and back. I couldn’t believe nobody checks to ensure the job their shipping to me meat, basic standards.
They shipped this unpresentable order to me which went right in the garbage. When I called to explain because I gave the same exact file to Minuteman and they printed beautiful cards, they asked me to send them the file. And I said why would I send you the file when you have the file, you printed the order. Then this inexperienced person hung up on me. I recommend Minuteman it was an easy process. Everything looked beautiful and it was done faster than FedEx.

To TOP FEDEX Management, Please hire people that has been trained with good customer service ethics. Don't hire people that has been incarcerated because they don't have good personality, in which you got to get them through the hours on how to do good customer service, otherwise your business will go down the drain

Avoid FedEx for your shipping needs if possible!

FedEx Ground has failed at providing their one service, delivering packages intact and on time. If FedEx can deliver my packages to my door, it is never without delay or damages. I swear they must swap driver's daily to ensure packages aren't delivered in a timely manner. Additionally, the packages that by some miracle make it to my address, they have visibly been either dropped, kicked, or thrown. As for their customer service, somehow that is even worse than their ability to deliver packages. How FedEx still gets contracts is astonishing. I try to shop with merchants that don't use FedEx to alleviate the drama and frustration. This is what happens when a company becomes a multi-billion-dollar corporation. The customer is a mere inconvenience. My latest FedEx headache. I placed an order with a merchant I've not shopped with before, and here we go again. FedEx was supposed to deliver my package yesterday. Mind you, I placed the order on 13 January 2022; today is 22 January. Still, my package is MIA. FedEx customer service is as helpful as the bot that is on their website to deter you from contacting them directly. If the customer doesn't have a place to echo their complaints, FedEx has achieved the goal. Unfortunately, the new merchant I shopped with offers the same zero-level customer service as FedEx. Customer service is just a label. It is no longer an action.

Very difficult to schedule pre-paid pickup now

For FedEx pickup -- they closed the TrustPilot account for some reason so I'll post it here.
It seems to be impossible to ship a pre-paid label on the website. The automated phone system didn't understand the 12 digit tracking number I typed in and hung up on me. The website doesn't have an option to ship. The customer service rep I eventually managed to find was the only bright point. The whole process of setting up a pickup took close to an hour. It used to be easy to schedule a pickup with a pre-paid label but in the last couple years it's become very difficult. I hope FedEx fixes this soon. Going to a center is not an option for me at the moment.

Failed to deliver my package EVERY DAY this week

FedEx has told me EVERY DAY this week that my package will arrive. Calling customer service EVERY DAY and being promised that I’ll receive it the next day and not getting anything. Package was out for delivery at 2:50am yesterday, and at 5:04 updated and said it went back to the facility. TODAY, it’s not even out for delivery. They have had my package for a week now, at a facility that is 20 minutes away from me. I don’t understand why they won’t deliver my package. It’s a expensive package, so something tells me that they are up to no good.

Terrible experience. Staff was not helpful, and provided no assistance with my order being late. Just told me “you are wrong” without any assistance.

You know what would make your company… Run your company like a global company and hire some management that can make smart business decisions so you can take care of your remaining customers.

You know what would make your company better. If my package arrived on time today instead of waiting around for a couple hours at the Fedex Office location for it to be hours past the deadline of 10:30am. Then to have the FedEx office location call me to say it arrived after I left a while later. Then I showed up later in the day to pick it up from the Fedex office store location after confirming on the phone the store closes at 6pm earlier in the day when they said my package was there, only to see they closed early for no explained reason. I showed up at 4:30 with no one there and my package that I paid for overnight Saturday delivery for to be locked up inside. The store rep that called me in the afternoon to tell me it’s ready for pickup never mentioned an early closing on the phone conversation. I stood out side and watched customer after customer show up only to find the doors locked to walk away as frustrated as I was, a sad day for a company like Fedex. I called the other location to try and get an explanation and to see if someone could get me my package but they said I would have to wait until Monday since they had to close for cleaning. I told them no one was in the store that I could see cleaning anything. Who closes a store during normal hours to clean when you can schedule that after hours. This is crappy store management. You know what would make you company better. If my package arrived on time today instead of waiting around for a couple hours. Then to have the FedEx location call me to say it arrived after leaving. Then showing up to pick it up from the store after confirming on the phone the store closes at 6pm earlier in the day when they said my package was there only to see the closed early for no explained reason. FedEx sucks

FedEx sucks. You have lost my packages a few times. And now the package I'm waiting for has been sitting in Tracy, ca for 5 days now. I was suppose to get it 5 days ago.. DO NOT SHIP WITH FEDEX IF POSSIBLE.

What right does this manipulate shipments and divert shipments !!!

In the recent period, all shipments that we pay to be shipped with FedEx to Saudi Arabia, let us be surprised when the shipment with FedEx arrives at the destination in Saudi Arabia, with FedEx transferring the shipments to another local company! Which in turn requires us to pay another shipping fee and we have already paid the shipping value to FedEx !! With what right do the shipment be transferred from FedEx to another local company and ask us to pay another shipping value for them !!!!! With what right do we pay the higher freight value to FedEx to be delivered to us with FedEx itself and then they transfer the shipments to another local company !!!! Now, I have two days waiting for my order to be delivered and contact the representative, and the last response told me that he is in an area far from my location and that the shipment will be delivered tomorrow to become the third waiting and delay day !!! So I had to personally go to his site to collect my shipment !! And its location is about 40 kilometers away from me !!!! What right does this manipulate shipments and divert shipments !!!
