SLOW
I ordered a product January 8th, with the promise that I’d receive it in a few business days, but it took till April 14th to receive
They can NEVER deliver as promised…
I am writing this review to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience and to state that I will no longer be doing business with this company.
I have encountered significant delivery delays, often waiting weeks or months for items to ship despite promises of same-day shipping. Their team has never met a projected shipment date. Furthermore, communication regarding these delays has been slow, inconsistent, and unhelpful.
While the quality of some products, such as the PETG when used on a Prusa, was good, the overall quality remains inconsistent. The PLA colors often did not match what was advertised, and I frequently received partial shipments or incorrect versions of items. I also find the practice of offering exchanges for out-of-stock items only after an order has been placed to be unacceptable.
Most concerning was the difficulty in obtaining a refund for unshipped items. Despite being promised a refund, I did not receive it until I was forced to threaten formal complaints to local authorities.
Due to these repeated failures in respect their promises to your customers, I can no longer support their business.
They lie all the time
I bought a couple of filters for my Bambu printer.
They shipped the order, but for some reason it was returned to them. I believe the shipping company contacted them requesting some information and they never replied, so it got sent back.
When they received it, they asked if I wanted it to be shipped again, and I said yes.
After a month, nothing had been sent, and I had to contact them several times, there was a clear lack of communication and multiple lies.
At that point I got fed up and asked for a refund. They even had the audacity to ask if I wanted the refund as store credit (hahaha). I said obviously not, I wanted the money back to the original payment method.
They replied saying the refund had already been issued. After two days, there was still no money. I asked again, and they said it usually takes a few days (which is not true, with PayPal it should be almost instant).
After a week, still no refund. I had to open a dispute with PayPal, and only then did I finally get my money back.
VoxelPLA just lies and lies.
Not recommended at all.
Great Product...Slow Delivery
I am happy with the product and would purchase it again. I placed a large order which entitled me to free shipping but, unfortunately, they choose to use the USPS as their carrier and it took about a week beyond the estimated delivery date for my package to arrive. In the future I will opt for a more reliable delivery carrier.
Terrible Customer Service, Delivery, and Website
I signed up and created an account here just to leave this review because of how terrible an experience ordering from them has been and I hope that my review can save at least one person from attempting to order from them.
I ordered some filament to try out when I ordered my new 3D printer. Everything seemed to be in stock and ready to ship so I was hoping to have it before my 3D printer arrived.
Fast forward to January 28th, I received my backordered 3D printer and was fine with waiting for their filament since I had some other ones already delivered. I emailed them on February 1st asking for an update and that's when they told me that two of the filaments I ordered were still in production and they asked if I would like a different color. This wasn't shown at all on the website.
So I told them I'm fine with waiting and asked if it's possible to ship the carbon filter I ordered and they said they could ship that out immediately. One of the filaments and the carbon filter arrived on February 10th, 3 weeks after I originally placed the order.
Fast forward a WHOLE MONTH to February 28th. I still haven't received the rest of my order so I ask for another update. They ask me what I'm still missing and I tell them. They then only offer me a refund which I agree to. They ask if store credit is fine and of course I tell them absolutely not. They tell me the refund has been processed. I wait again and ask for an update on March 13th since I haven't seen the refund in my account or received any sort of confirmation from them. They confirm again that it has been processed and that I should receive the refund in 1-3 business days. On March 14th I receive an email from them that only ONE of the two filaments I requested a refund for is being processed.
It's been two months since I ordered from them and they are still causing me headaches and seemingly hoping I give up on trying to get my money back. I would never order from them again even if they had the best filament in the world.
Avoid this company !!!!
Avoid this company under all circumstances. They do not honor their shipping policy, and do not honor their refund policy. After tracking showed their return was delivered, they claimed "the warehouse team is looking for the package" as it wasn't received. Days past and never heard from them again. Filed a chargeback and the bank immediately refunded the amount. They have a horrible reputation for a reason
The Bento box removes most of the PLA…
The Bento box removes most of the PLA odors we were experiencing with the stock P1S. Outside of an inline switch and longer power cord, I am very happy with this purchase.

they collect money and never deliver my vento h2. wastage of time and money both.
VoxelPLA is Either Dishonest or Incompetent - Probably Both
VoxelPLA is dishonest, borderline scam. Ordered on 12/19, Promised 2-day shipment, then delivery promised 12/29. Then promised for 1/5, then 1/12. They said a few times my order got lost, but found out that it was never shipped to begin with. On 1/25 I cancelled my order. Took store credit, spent more money on "stock products"... mistake. Promised 1/30 delivery. On 2/7 I received the *cancelled* order from Dec 19th. I contacted them and asked for a return label to send back the mis-shipment, and asked for an update on my new order. They asked me to keep the cancelled order and pay the old invoice again, but would give me 10% off. I told them no - I just want to return my old order and receive my new order. They tried to cancel my new order and keep the additional $ and have me keep the old cancelled order. They finally sent me a return label for the cancelled order. Now, they are holding my new, paid for order hostage until they receive back the old cancelled order. I highly doubt I am ever going to receive anything from them. They've dragged this out so long I am not even sure if I can file with my bank. Today is 2/16. I have shipped back to them the old cancelled order, and I am waiting on them to receive it so they will release my new order, placed on 1/25. What a nightmare. I will never do business with them again and you better be sure I will spread my experience far and wide.
Never again.
Didn't arrive on time and when it finlly showed up it was too humid to be usable. Even with a filament dryer my prints are super unreliable. My mom ordered it for me because I saw it was cheap and the customer service people have been nothing but rude to her.
Reliable Filament, But Fulfillment Instability Is Creating Production Risk
We use Voxel filament in a production environment because it prints reliably and meets a price point our customers expect. The product itself has been strong, which makes what follows particularly concerning.
Across our recent order history, 4 of our last 11 orders (36%) have shown significant fulfillment delays or prolonged pre-shipment status, including one order where a shipping label was created but the carrier remained in “Awaiting Item” for weeks. This pattern now extends well beyond the holiday season and across shipping carriers, suggesting this is not a temporary surge issue but a deeper operational and communication breakdown.
Delays happen — every manufacturer understands that. What matters is response and ownership. Instead, we repeatedly received “going out Monday” and “give it 1–3 more days” updates that did not align with carrier data. Because we cannot leave our own customers waiting, we were forced to source material from a more expensive supplier that we did not even have in stock at the time. That supplier delivered within the required production window, allowing us to complete manufacturing, fulfill the order, and deliver it to our customer — while the Voxel shipment originally intended for that job still shows prolonged pre-shipment status. That is not a position any production business should be put in.
At this point, the gap between advertised fulfillment speeds — such as “FREE SAME DAY SHIPPING ON ORDERS $75+” — and our operational experience has become increasingly difficult to ignore.
When over a third of orders become unpredictable, it stops being a shipping inconvenience and becomes a production risk. We would strongly prefer to continue buying from Voxel because the filament performs well, but we cannot build our business on a vendor that does not consistently meet its stated commitments or take decisive action when failures occur. Reliability is foundational to manufacturing partnerships, and without it, we will ultimately be forced to shift volume elsewhere to reduce operational risk.
Not worth your time or money
My issue is the amount of time trying to communicate that the product isn't working. Then receiving zero follow up communication. Don't waste $40 when you could put that money towards a filtration system that actually works.
Scam company
Ordered multiple rolls of PLA+ on 1/4, shipping label was created 1/6 but never updated to being received by USPS. Requested order cancelation 1/15 and was met with numerous delay tactics and outright lies. Finally initiated a chargeback which prompted them to actually ship the order even though I explicitly told them to not to ship. Do not deal with this company.
They collect the money and then never…
They collect the money and then never ship the order. Looking to see if I can file some better business complaint.
I was able to get a knockoff product from aliexpress in my hands before they even shipped the order (they still havent, but they did manage to print a tracking slip after 6 days!)
Totally disorganized and unfulfilling endeavor.
I ordered one item on 1/11 and on the order confirmation it clearly states "we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent out. You can always contact us by replying to this email.
Estimated delivery Friday, Jan 16"
1/16 came and went with no tracking information or any indication that it had even shipped. I emailed customer support only to get a reply of "I believe another rep has assisted you with this. Please let me know if there is anything else we can assist you with." Dumbfounded, I replied I'd talked to no one else. Then they informed me my item was "currently in production. Are you open to replacing it with a different item?"
How vague. Production as in could ship tomorrow or 300 orders deep on a print farm?
Next email said they'd just give me a refund. OK I suppose.
Then THE NEXT email asked if I'd except store credit. Ah no, your store is a disaster and I'm getting out while I can.
Customer support only replies once a day, around 6:00 pm Pacific. You have to wait another day for any additional back and forth.
I'm honestly not sure how they stay in business handling simple one item orders like this.
My first and last purchase from Voxel
Should be ZERO stars. My first and last purchase from VoxelPLA. It's January 19th, 2026. I ordered 2 spools of PLA filament on Dec 31st, 2025, and I still haven't received my order. The expected delivery was to be January 6th, 13 days ago. When I looked at the tracking number today (Jan 19th) the USPS website says they are still awaiting item from the shipper. So far all I've received is an email from VPLA saying thank you for your patience. I don't care how cheap this filament is, I'll stick with Bambu Labs and receive my orders within a few days.
Shipping times are not good!
The filament prints well with proper drying as it comes pretty wet, but the issue for me is availability and shipping times. Their website states same day shipping but that is not true. They typically take 5-7 days after order for it to even ship. This is unacceptable in my business. Sorry voxel.. we gave it a try.
Crap company that doesn't care about the customer
Charged my CC immediately, but 10 days in USPS has still not received package. Label is printed is not the same as shipped item no matter how much they wish it is. Customer service number does not ring thru and 1st email was answered in 2 hours saying my order would ship in 2 days, 2nd email has no answer. Website claims same day shipping, obviously BS. At this point I don't care how good their products are, would never do business with them again.
Update, Finally received my order and I'm happy with the products, but that whole shipping debacle and lack of customer support has left a bad taste in my mouth and I'll be shopping elsewhere. Almost any other company (Amazon, Bambu, Polymaker, Elegoo, etc) does better than this, there is no excuse for this horrible experience in this day and age.
Deceptive Shipping, Inconsistent quality
Filaments advertise to ship within 2-5 days. It took me 4 months to get my shipments. I asked about the shipments every few weeks and they kept telling me they would ship by the weekend. I asked 4-5 times and gaslit me with this response for months. I'd rather they just say that they don't know or tell me it's a month out so I can get an accurate date.
The spools are also very commonly broken and wont work in AMS systems. Colors are also not consistent, with one roll of a color being different than a second roll, meaning that continuing a print when a first roll is used up is a no go. Many rolls also have striping patterns, in which they alternate between darker shades to lighter shades.
Dishonest and fraudulent
Dishonest and fraudulent business practices. At the time of writing, you can't navigate VoxelPLA's website without being told numerous times that "All in-stock items ship same-day". While they will send you an order-shipped email the same-day, that doesn't mean anything when the tracking info sits at "label created" for weeks. After contacting them about this, they apologized and explained there was a "defect" in one of the items and would ship part of my order out ASAP and then ship the rest out the following week, and additionally they "applied a $10 credit to my account" (no credit was applied to my account).
Interestingly enough those "defective" items remained in-stock on their site during and after my communication with them, still advertising "same-day shipping" even directly on that specific product page.
Fast forward two months and I haven't received the rest of my order. Upon following up again (since it's my job to remind them to ship my items lol) they told me that it "has already shipped. The package might have been lost." But refuse to provide me any tracking info or any way to identify the courier it shipped with. In my prior communications I did specifically ask for updated tracking information for both orders when they ship (really felt the need to clarify this expectation - not that it ended up making a difference...)
In a vacuum this may be a blunder, but given their track record and the plethora of similar reports, I feel genuinely confident that this is a poorly run, deceptive company. I legitimately do not understand why they refuse to just admit a fault and be honest during any portion of my interactions or any of the others I've read online. Mistakes happen, issues arise, deadlines can't always be met - but dishonest customer support is what really turns me off from a business.
