Webcatouche incompatible cartriges
Webcartouche is unable to deliver compatible cartriges for the printer HP Inkjet CP1700, they does not assume their responsabilities by not reimbursing and further more in asking always the same thing: 'give the proof' , which has been given several time they are in bad faith!!
