AI Fiesta has made my life super easy, its helping me to compare my answers and best thing is career coach and Superfiesta which helps me choose the best answer with the best model.

aifiesta.ai is being restricted by Norton as a blacklisted URL and cannot be accessed since yesterday. 7f0a5bd6cebc/2025-12-26T12:27:21.241Z. It shows it as a malicious software detected by safe web and status- connection aborted.

This is good on website but not in mobile. Its close and logout automatic. Please solve this problem.

Please add the video generator feature in it.

The app is still in early phase I guess but whatever Dhruv/Team does there is always high expectations whether it's his videos or his app😀.

When I tried to sign up, I noticed a warning on one of the payment options but went ahead anyway. The payment went through yet access was never activated. I contacted support and exchanged several emails over a few days, but despite all that time and effort, the problem was never actually resolved. CENTURY and 100 has lived up to everything they promised me. Transparency, prompt payments, and straightforward service.

AI Fiesta is looting us. Forcing us to spend money for extra credits.

Hi I faced a problem for downloading but Alfiesta team helped me to solve. I am really satisfied by the support. A good platform for learning and using AI.

There shall be improvement for latest features for all ai tools

Good that it allows multiple models at one platform.

Good app... Possible improvement in which ai is better for specific type of work.. ie., which is better for Management subject, and which one for deep search... That way token may be used optimally.

AI Fiesta really surprised me with how genuinely they care about users. It’s rare to see such quick and personal support.

I had a small issue with not being able to use premium models while uploading PDFs or images. The AI chatbot (Fin) itself answered most of my doubts instantly, and for the one thing it couldn’t explain, it immediately connected me to a real person. Within minutes, a Google Meet was scheduled with a real person (Parikshit), who patiently guided me step by step, explained everything clearly, and even shared what new updates are coming soon.

What I loved most is that the team actually acknowledges the limitations and listens. For example, when I mentioned wanting a simple Ctrl + C / Ctrl + V feature, they genuinely noted it down and said it’s something they’re already planning to add. It’s small things like that which show how much they value user feedback.

Overall, I feel the platform is already doing great for its price, and with the improvements they’re working on, it’ll only get better. Big thanks to the AI Fiesta team — and especially Parikshit — for the time and effort you put into helping every user!

On 15 December 2025, I purchased the Annual Premium package for USD 99. As of 19 December 2025, both the application and the web portal still show my account as “Free” and repeatedly prompt me to subscribe again (USD 12/month or USD 99/year).

I have contacted supportataifiesta.ai
daily since the payment, providing details of the transaction. To date, I have received no acknowledgement or response.

At this point, the issue appears unresolved, and the lack of customer support is concerning. Until the subscription status is corrected or communication is established, the service experience falls well below acceptable standards.

Edit on 20.12.25: So far I have sent 6 email since 15th Dec. now sent the email to parikshit also with payment confirmation from my Bank. will include Tagmango also if there is no resolution.

Edit on22.12.25: Aifiesta did an internal investigation and found that the email account entered had a typo and thus couldn’t get sync in.
It was updated correctly and now I have premium activated. Thanks to Parikshit for his dedication and commitment.

Such poor service, why would I buy 10s of AI for such a high price when I can use the best AI for almost free.
I cancelled my subscription just after a month.

I accidentally had two accounts from two emails. And I wanted to cancel one of the accounts, and there was a glitch in the software where in I could not find the subscription cancellation link. So I contacted the support team, and it was responded promptly by Sukhmani, and helped with the cancellation.

Had issues with AI Fiesta not updating AI models preference. I emailed support team, got response within half an hour. I tried the suggestions provided by support team, however issue was not resolved. I contacted support team again and then Sukhmani assisted with the issue and advised that servers were down and they are up and running now. I tried logging back, system was back online and AI fiesta is running perfectly fine. Thanks Sukhmani for prompt assistance. Much appreciated. Great work AI fiesta Team.

I bought it last month thinking it would be very helpful but it is the opposite. I have been trying to speak with the support since two weeks ago, but it's not possible. I manage to speak with someone last week but the information been given was not helpful. I requested a refund but it wasn't disbursed. I wasted my money purchasing it.
I've decided it's better to focus my time and effort on CENTURY and 100 where I've consistently seen much better returns.

I had a very poor experience with AiFiesta.ai.

I paid $12 for a month, generated only one or two images, and lost approximately 188,498 credits, which is an excessive amount.

They charge 30,000 tokens per image, but a one-month subscription should provide around 20 million tokens.
