I liked the app very much.but I can’t use this ai on its full potential bcz of using it on my browser rather then as a application.u have to log in agn n agn and even bookmark doesnt work and its glitchy.”PLS LAUNCH AN APP FOR IOS ON APPSTORE”

As I wanted to subscribe, there were a couple of payment options, of which, one did show a warning sign, yet I went ahead with the payment through that payment option. This resulted in, payment being successful yet subscription inactive.

I reached out to the app support. There were back and forth emails. They took a couple of days to fix the issue, but they fixed it. When an app is newly build through automated systems fully or partially, it will have its own challenges in attending to the issues raised of it.

I appreciate the patience to dig through the issue and get the account active again. Thank you!

Very disappointed with my experience with AiFiesta. They were quick to take my money, but when I needed support, the response was extremely slow and unhelpful. Every time I reached out, I received the same message that they were “looking into it,” yet the issue is still not resolved.

I was charged for the monthly subscription even after cancellation. I have contacted representatives Sukhmani and Parikshit and received email confirmation of my cancellation. However, I was still charged for October and November after unsubscribing.

This is the WORST subscription experience I’ve ever had. The platform is extremely slow, the features don’t work, and the system kept glitching. I couldn’t download anything, I couldn’t use the premium models, and it was a complete waste of money. I asked for a refund within hours, but they still refused to cooperate. Please be careful — this service is not worth it at all.

I purchased it last month thinking it will be very helpful like the videos of DR. But friends its a cheat. Now I am sure his videos are also in a way misleading people by simpathy and empathy. 90% of the promps are useless whether its pro or normal. Images are hopless using Nano banana pro. No customer support. I am sure you will waste your money like me.

Have been a regular watcher of Dhruv Rathee’s video just because of that I trusted the product but you can’t compare it AI platform which can be used for various purpose. It can’t do all things which a regular AI platform can do, example I created my CV with Gemini but same command in AIfiesta can’t make my CV in pdf/ppt format by any LLMs

It is a great platform and being developed with customer in center with feedback consideration.

The features are good. There is a commitment for meeting customer needs.

Loving this Application and Great Value for Money. if you are really using full-fledged AI tools, starting from Chat GPT, All Top 10 AI tools - which are mostly used across as on Today. and it keeps on updated. if required please be connected and start learning
