So far so good, support system has been very supportive and they took my concern and addressed it promptly,

The team is amazing they take the feedback in a positive way. Parikshit and Arjun were helpful to understand my issues and they did address what they could on the go. Need to improve on the response time to the emails otherwise you guys are doing really good.

AI Fiesta is very easy to use. It has really cool and unique features. And the best part is their tech support team is very pro active.

I paid for the services on 15th November, 2025 but its more than 10 days and I have not received access. I have been trying to contact on mails but no revert yet. This seems like a scam to me.

ChatGPT answers vary between my paid version and AI fiesta provided version. Also, it takes a lot of time for any response especially if all chatbots are open. OCR reading is good in paid version of ChatGPT but in this I face issues and it throws an error. Most of the times, my ai fiesta is stcuk. Also, I need to understand if i use one message 9short or long) , how manytoakens are used and does the number of open chatbots increase the usage, Eg. if i have one query and 4 chatbots are open, it uses one token or 4 tokens and does it also depend on the length of the query

I have sent 3 reminders to activate my subscription. I have paid for the year.
I had to do some urgent research but my purpose is now solved.

It’s unfortunate that Dhruv takes such high moral grounds in his video, yet for his business the support he provides is minimal.

There has been no email confirmation about the payment. No response to my follow ups.

AI Fiesta customer service support group is lean, quick and effective in resolving account related issues. During the time from issues logging till issue resolution, I received constant, true and non automated updates. Thank you AI Fiesta team !!!

Waste of money- such a terrible thing

I’ve been using AI Fiesta for quite some time now, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. I’ve had persistent issues with the tool to the point where it has become practically unusable for me.

What makes it even worse is the lack of proper support. Every time I reach out, I get caught in a never-ending loop: first an automated AI reply, then I have to specifically request a human agent, and even after responding, I’m sent right back to the AI again. It’s incredibly frustrating and has made resolving even simple issues impossible.

After weeks of trying, I finally managed to schedule a call with their support team to discuss the ongoing problems. Shockingly, they didn’t even show up for the meeting.

The concept of AI Fiesta is great, but the complete lack of reliable support has caused me to lose trust in the platform. I really hope they improve, but at this point I cannot recommend it.

My experience with AI Fiesta and it's support team has been tremendous. They always reply you in 1 or 2 hours and help you in every possible manner. In starting there were some hiccups but it is natual in any organization starting this kind of experiment. My best wishes for working in the democratization of AI for all. AI Fiesta is waste of money, they are doing false advertisement, its a scam, i am continuously getting "failed to fetch", "No AI models selected", Red button error, and it doesnot opens sometime and shows internal server error,i bought for a year and regretting everyday. If there was a option for uploading pictures here i would have uploaded all the screenshots of errors.
Trust me this is my 1 month experience.

There is no customer service support. I am charged monthly for the subscription as well as a yearly subscription. I have emailed customer support and have received no reply for this double charge. Per their policy on their website, there is no refund on subscriptions and if you cancel a subscription, you lose the unused portion of the subscription. I think this is unfair. I have no idea how to stop them from charging me apart from losing access to a whole year m’s subscription.

I was finally contacted by AI Fiesta and was given a refund on my monthly subscription but this was after a few emails to them. The problem with AI sites like this are there are no customer support people to talk to and AI chatbots handle queries.

Its been a week i emailed but no reply so far

It's been more than 15 days, no support, eventually managed to speak to someone. Spoke to customer support on Wednesday; they assured me it would be stored by Thursday, but I am still chasing for support.
It's not technical, it's simple. I paid 15 days ago, provided the invoice, receipt, bank statement screenshot, and all they asked for, still chasing for the last 2 weeks. Every time they assure it will be sorted, and nothing happens. Just to provide access, it has been more than 3 weeks.
I wonder how people are rating customer service as excellent. According to me, it is horrible.
I seriously doubt how the technical support will be.

AI Fiesta is useless. It uses older versions of ChatGPT and same for other models. Unpaid version of ChatGPT gives better results for questions than through AI-Fiesta. In the name of providing all models at $12 per month, it is scam.

I have tried using ChatGPT along with other models which work better when used directly compared to when using through AI-Fiesta interface.

Parikshit - the tech resolved my trail subscription issue within the promised time . So definitely 5 stars for the promptness and willingness to resolve the problem.
I have just started to dip my toes and trying to see how the product works.
Found two issues that are perhaps useful if they work correctly.
For starters, The enhance prompt doesn’t work and manage subscription page is not working either.
Although this review is just for the support I received so Keeping it limited to that.
Will share my detailed review of the features and complete UAT in a separate review !
