I reached out to customer support about an issue and, even after a few follow-ups, they stayed responsive and professional. When the problem wasn’t resolved over email, they offered to meet on Google Meet. They listened carefully, understood my situation, and did everything they could to help. I really appreciate their patience and support.

The team is responsive, and the work environment is friendly.
However, the token quantity could be increased.

It’s half-cooked work, presented to a vast audience with the expectation that you are saving a large amount of money by combining so many AIs into 1, but after using it, I realised it's not fully tested and that many features need tweaking before it should be delivered to customers!!! I would request a full refund as I am not happy and satisfied with the experience

I applied for an upgraded plan. From my credit card money is already there, but the plan is not upgraded yet. Why is the response too late?

Its my 1st day of use and after 3 hour work around 1M token finished, I used only GPT 5 model with some attached file stuff
I think all of my token will be finished in next 1-2 days before my work is done, Its super annoying.

My personal opinion at this time if you are a normal user then free version of every single AI is enough for you, But if you need premium then obviously you are a heavy user and this site is not for you at all.

Its a good site you can experience all premium AI but not for heavy user like me. But If you reading this review before purchasing then remember my word.

My query regarding the PDF file that cannot be downloaded was answered. I have shared my views on how to improve this more and make the all-AI model useful.

Having all the ai Premium Models in one place saves you a lot of time and money. Customer Support is also excellent from aifiesta. Keep up the good work.

The customer supper shows true commitment, and sheer Hardwork. I am elated and feel fortunate to have been associated with team Dhruv Rathi. Kudos to Parikshit. Ai responses were spot on and helpful. The ai replies were good and accurate and as a customer I didn't get irritated, to have interacted with it. At the absolute crux moment the conversation was transferred to the Human support, to whom I am grateful and laude their professionalism and promptness.

Appreciate the support. Feels like 1 on 1 support until resolved.

Tried free version today and its taking very long time to provide any answer. too much slow server. I can use chat gpt for free and can compare directly in less time as compared to this website.

This is a worst website . Please do not buy this . the credits finished extremely fast.

The AI itself is good, but the token limits completely ruin the experience. Even with heavy usage, 3M tokens are gone very fast. Surprisingly, even normal use consumes tokens extremely quickly — in just a short time, I ended up using more than 10 lakh tokens.

If you’re using the pro version and trying to generate a photo, forget it — it consumes way too many tokens. Each time I use it, I have to constantly think about tokens, which is so stressful.

Honestly, I’m laughing at myself — I have an AI Fisaita subscription, but I end up using other AI tools instead. Going through all the chat modes just to save tokens is exhausting. The platform is not practical for normal or heavy users.

It's a scam. Poor serivce and simply useless.

I have tried it and it works as intended, lets say most tools work the way they are....

The only point is that it is all about after sales support and quality of customer service and they have figured it out within first 48 hours the ticket that i raised was resolved in a very professional manner with all the satisfaction in world for my unique problem.

The team is polite and confident and a Special thanks Parikshit for the help.

They are on right track and i hope they always lead with an example.

its just started so no doubt it has a long way to go. But seeing how hard they work I am sure its going a long way!!!
The support they provide is very good including the Online support via google meet if the issue is too complicated.

Customer care team is really supportive and they really take all your feedback and try to address the isuues and promise to work on future. I am quite happy with the support. Having said that I wish show similar attitude to the customor even in future when they receivce good ratings.
