AI Fiesta 

I purchased the yearly AI Fiesta membership after watching Dhruv Rathee’s video, expecting a useful and affordable AI tool. Unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing and feels misleading.

At first, the offer sounded great — access to premium AI models all year. But in practice, it’s completely impractical. If you use the so-called premium chat responses (which they claim are advanced models like GPT 5), your token balance runs out within 5–7 days. AI free AI versions, which are clearly inferior in accuracy, depth, and logic.

I verified this by comparing answers side-by-side with my paid ChatGPT Plus account — the difference is night and day. AI Fiesta’s free responses often miss context, feel rushed, and lack structure, while ChatGPT consistently provides professional-level outputs.

To make things worse, support is almost non-existent. I contacted them requesting a refund because the service does not meet its advertised claims. I only received an automated chatbot response asking me to “wait for a human,” but it’s been over 5 days and no one has reached out.

In summary, AI Fiesta feels like a marketing-heavy, support-light platform that overpromises and under-delivers. If you’re thinking of subscribing — especially for long-term or professional use — I would recommend going directly with ChatGPT Plus instead.

I had issues regarding my token reset but it was resolved amicably in no time. It's a start up so I understand things take time. I wish them luck and success.

Not an AI-generated review heheheh .... .Recently faced a problem with the chat interface, where it was not able to generate a response and allow downloading the file. I had sent a email at 9 pm and got the automated response in 5 mins and a personal response from Parikshit by 9:30 pm. I was asked to do some steps, but that did not resolve the issue got a mail from the team at 12 am and was asked to go on a video call to which I fixed the time and Parikshit connected on the call and helped me to resolve the issue. My issue was resolved and also he helped me understand some of the options in the web. Overall all it was a great experience connecting with humans and not bots to resolve the query.

The support team is very helping, kind and Do response very fast. And its a must must try AI.

Excellent idea and excellent support team. I would recommend this platform to any AI enthusiastic.

Their customer support team reached out to me immediately after reading my reviews and resolved my issues.

I recently faced some issues with the image generation and document generation features on AI Fiesta. Initially, I was quite disappointed because I didn’t receive any response from the support team for almost a week. However, after following up, I learned that there had been a system outage, which caused my messages to go unnoticed. Once the team became aware of the issue, they personally reached out and provided excellent support. They addressed all my concerns promptly even during midnight and helped resolve everything. Being a new platform i understand there will be some bugs/issues but really appreciate their effort and dedication in the end!

its waste of money, i bought today, Dhurb gives 30 lkah tokens per month, but funny part is you can test, just by write a single "Hi" word to only one model , 3000 token is vanished , so you can calculate how many hours you will able to use it. they have no money back policy, so i forget my money and i purchased gpt go subscription in 399 which is much better and there is no such tokens issue.

The system logs in with @googlemail.com and this was not showing my active subscription. I had to login with @gmail.com and able to access the premium models. Thank you.

Customer service is good so far but product requires lots of improvements.
