AI Fiesta

I genuinely think it is a great platform and at affordable price. I used the platform for my projects for one month and have benefited from it a great deal. Unfortunately I ran into a subscription renewal issue which took 5 days to get resolved. I had sent multiple emails with no luck. I tried to look for support elsewhere and I landed on Trustpilot for reviews. I found the response in one of the reviewer comments from Ai fiesta support engine which stated to reach out to Parikshit. I wrote the email to him and within 5 mins I got a reply. Parikshit asked few details and immediately acted on the issue and resolved the issue with prompt updates. He was very kind and professional at all times and provided me the issue root cause details and was very apologetic for the situation. He also compensated me with 200k additional tokens for my patience and understanding which was very pleasing at the end. Over all with small setback I can still say the service is good and platform is excellent to use. Keep up the great work.

I bought annual subscription yesterday only. When I open the website it shows blank page despite refreshing, deleting cache and restarting device. It shows status 429. After changing to alternate network and all for a short time, the site did open (but this is always not a feasible solution). Now I tried to do a simple thing, attach an image consisting of a numerical problem but ctrl+V doesn't work. I attached png file instead and simple wrote solve the problem, but the response it gave it seemed like it couldn't even access the attached image also. I am a student who wanted the benefit of aifiesta for academic purpose as getting all top AI models' features (which was not available in their individual free versions which we use) in one platform that too at lower cost as compared to individual buying sounded a lot worthy. I waited for weeks after it got launched so that things stabilise and also I get to see some reviews and usually I don't pay for stuff, but since I saw more good reviews than bad reviews (the bad reviews I understood because of initial launching instability) so thought try it for once, and since Dhruv Rathee sir is someone I believe is trustworthy so I believed he will try to give best service to customers. I mailed to their support email and the AI replied by giving some quick solutions but did not work out and after that no reply after sharing latest problem (I clicked that option of talk to a person also but after showing that message has been sent nothing happened afterwards). I request that my issue be sorted at the earliest possible so that I can get the benefits of paying 7000 Rs (It would be waste to even cancel the subscription as there is no refund) and later give a positive review.

For me it's my first time to use any AI platform but to overcome my frightness I can't imagine such type of support. And that strengthened my trust to use AI FIESTA.

It was down all day for me couldn't load the website at all
I tried all troubleshooting methods ( coming from technician background ) but still the website won't load at all . I am based in Hungary EU
It's good but image generator takes ages to make one
And for some odd reason the new feature which assigns Ai based on your query always prefer claude Ai
Like many many times in row
It's amazing for the price no doubt but there is still many bugs to be repaired and i understand it takes many iteration
So i am skeptical as a student because every penny counts for us
If you are not good with tackling AI and grasping info out i wouldn't recommend ai fiesta but once u r good with prompts and commands surely go for it
I have high hopes it will be amazing platform soon

I was charged £9.15 for a subscription, but my account still showed “Upgrade to unlock.” Despite several emails, I received no proper help and they kept taking payments. It’s impossible to cancel or get a refund — I had to block payments through my bank. Very poor support and misleading service.

I had a token allowance issue where i had made my payment but it did not reset. Mr prarikshit from the support team helped me a lot with a quick response on email even during festive season since I am working from the United states . I did not expect such a quick reply form the team because of the time gap. I think this is the fastest every customer service I have gotten so far. Thank you so much to the support team again! Don’t buy this ,I paid them and stop my subscription,Reason : Fake marketing
They says it’s unlimited but fact is all these services limited on tokens system,Why Dhruv rathee never make video in this.Its call cross site scripting Ai re wrap,Trust me guys they dont have any support,This is not a company but operations handle by small team like 3 to 4 person’s maximum.Now days other Ai already giving unlimited access on paid versions in India,400 or 700 rs ,So why spending money on this ,Better buy official Ai rather than limited token response system

It is overrated. The quality of output it pathetic. DO NOT USE IT 🤮🤮🤮

Update: these guys hv replied to mt comment saying that I should contact then cause this should not happen. Well I had already contacted them in the past and yet nothing had happened. These guys are pathetic.

I am very happy to use AI fiesta. I can use without any problem right now. I just subscribed and start using if found any problem I will share it to AI fiesta for now it’s a great tool for me. I believe that AI fiesta will be No 1 platform. It will grow day by day and give us more features and benefits it’s a personal believe on Mr Dhruv Rathee 😍

The support team is quite fast to respond, kind enough to resolve my query. I thank Dhruv Rathee and his team on doing the good work. Although, the team needs to work more on increasing the token limit.
