Professional company, beautiful marble table & great customer service

I did not know Aime Te before but i was happy to discover this highly professional company. Taste is very subjective of course but I found their items, and especially their marble tables, stylish, of high quality and fairly priced. I faced an issue with the delivery company that delivered the table but Aime Te was quick to resolve the issue in a friendly and efficient manner, which shows great customer service!

International Order, Amazing Products, and Excellent Customer Service!

I am from the UK, and found Aime Té Studios whilst on holiday in France. They don't deliver to the UK because of brexshit but I contacted them and they were very cooperative, with helping to organise my order to be picked up from their warehouse in Rotterdam by a transport company that I organised.

I ordered 3 marble tables, and I am extremely happy with them. They were well packed in wooden crates and kept safe and secure.

If you live in the Netherlands or mainland Europe, want quality products at a reasonable price with responsive customer service, then I cannot recommend Aime Té Studios highly enough!

Definitely recommended!

After a longer waiting time than expected, we are very satisfied with our marble table! The follow-up of our delivery was top notch. Rarely have I seen a company that follows up the order together with you in a very personal/professional way. We would like to order soon a matching coffee table!

Horrible shop/service, liars and cheaters

This is the 2nd review I leave after this company called me and asked me to remove the first cause they would fix all problems. Nothing has been fixed, it is 4,5 months later now, the table I ordered long ago isn't there, the wrong size has been ordered, they cannot get it delivered etc. Excuse after excuse. Spent hours and hours calling, mailing, trying to get it fixed but no. Most recent update is that they lied about refunding the money. It is not in my account so now it's time for some legal fun. Sincerely, you can find what they sell elsewhere, DO THAT.
This review only gives a brief summary of all the frustration I have gone through with them..
Update: the money has now been refunded.

First of all, our sincere apologies for what happened.

We have done everything possible to make the delivery successful, but the delivery situation for the large, heavy table was too challenging. Together with you we looked at several solutions but a successful, safe delivery was simply not possible.

Regarding the refund of your table. We initiated this immediately after the table was cancelled on 24 January. There has indeed been an error between our e-commerce system and payment provider Mollie which caused the refund to be unsuccessful. Unfortunately, we only found this out after you wrote a review.

We have immediately succesfully completed the refund manually.

Our apologies again for the experience.

Warning, still no delivery till more than 4 months!!

Warning: scam!
I ordered a table on September 24, 2021, with a delivery time between 6 and 10 weeks. To date, I still have not received my table despite calls and multiple emails. They answer me (never the same interlocutor) that the logistician is not there and that they will come back to me...and don't. Since my last email on Monday, still no response despite a reminder. I had posted a first negative comment in December: they offered to reimburse me 10% of the amount in exchange for the withdrawal of the comment (which explains why they have so few bad comments...). They promised to ship my order at the end of January but this was not done, and since then they have been just absent. I have certainly just lost 2000€ because of them.

Unfortunately, we experienced delays in production and international transportation. Sadly this has been a huge challenge for delivering to your country, France.

As a result of this case we have stopped delivering to countries, other than our core markets (Benelux & DACH).

3 months, and still haven't received anything!

I ordered a marble table and coffee table in July using Aime Té, we are not in October and I still haven't received anything!
The customer support, after talking at least 10 times with them, keeps saying my order is delayed!
Unacceptable for a 2500 EUR order!
Terrible experience, I strongly advice you to stay away from them.
