Just came out of Gustavsvik, Örebro, paid in the app as the machine was down (of course), still got fined 600kroner. I mean, We PAID!!! This company is nothing but a bunch of thieving assholes , avoid at all costs.

Gave me a ticket when I just ran into the store to buy a single item which took me like 5 minutes. I was at fault here for forgetting to put my arrival time. I came out of the store as the aimo employee was putting the ticket on the car. I just asked her if it was too late and she angrily said I had manipulated my parking time. I said that I had just forgotten to adjust it from the day before and then she just walked off.
Getting a parking ticket when you’re gone for 5 mins sucks but the icing on the cake was to not being treated as a human being.
Aimo Park will do anything to be able to give you a fine!!
Trying to find the price for parking in advance? Haha nice try... Aimo Park don't want you to know. Try parking somewhere where it's not Aimo Park, and take a tram into town. Boycott Aimo Park or you will get fined. Trust me!!
Parking fee from
Got a parking fine because a garage where I had my car to fix parked my car on a parking lot of aimo park instead of their own area. They refuse to lift the fee even though they saw the receipt with dates and all - bullet proof evidence, because I am as the car owner "responsible" for what happened. Seriously. Is this country consisting only of robots without feeling for a situation? I honestly ask myself which immoral people work for this company. Their business case is legalized robbery. And only because hiring a lawyer is more expensive than paying the fee is making this business model lucrative. In moments of these I doubt my trust in the state and justice system. Sorry but their actions undermine trust in democracy on the long run. The rich get away, the rest has to pay for them.

Worst customer service I have experienced…
Worst customer service I have a ever experienced, and I’m not exaggerating.
I first spent 1.5h in the phone line to book a parking spot.
Then they never sent me an invoice. They didn’t even make it available in my customer portal.
Then they sent me a late fee.
And since then I’ve sent them 3 emails and haven’t heard a word from them in 10 days.
I’m never doing business with this organization again. Incompetent and unprofessional.

I had a terrible experience with parking even with a reservation, it was nearly impossible to find a spot, and the spaces were way too tight. Customer service was rude, and I was hit with hidden fees. To top it off, my car was scratched, and they took no responsibility. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!"
They are above the law
They are above thr law, reason number 1 why I wouldnt live in Sweden, charging monthly fees for tanets in their residential area but wont protect the tanent from visitor, my father is handicapped and now he has to walk 300m if someone who doesnt live there take his spot, in order to reserve the spot he has to pay more, the worker on the phone refused to let me speak to managers and being rude to me. I hope you rotten in hell aimo park.

Highest administrative fee
The biggest part of the the free is administrative expansives. So I pay more for administration of the fee then the fee itself. Therefore I chose never to use Aimo park!!
Does not regard the official format of foreign license plates
Got fined in Sweden because they did not consider the hyphens in my foreign license plate, even a blind person could have noticed that I did pay for parking…

When buying monthly subscription didnot update license plate in subcription and sent couple of fines afterwards. License plate was updated in their app but they say for subscription it has to be on web not app. They should be banned.

SCAM! They let you book the Ticket in the app but want a real life pernit and its not written in the app do not use it. You will pay for a ticket and get fines Support is horrible!!!!

Absolute scumbags. Give people fines well's trying to off load heavy objects into the apartment that didn't take longer than 5mins. I will be cancelling my monthly subscription with these thieves. Aimo should be ashamed of themselves robbing people like they do. Thieves 🤬🤬🤬😡
Parking fine, do not use Aimo!
On August 4th, I was fined in Göteburg for not paying the parking ticket. However, I had payed with the Aimo app. After asking the complaints service (and delivering all the evidence), they rejected the complaint and said I had to provide a ticket in front of the window. Huh!?
Reading the reviews below (afterwards) I start to believe what a sh.tty service this is! And they are only in this service to rip off money from hard working people!

Our car was just outside our apartment coz we were packing things for travel.. In just 5min we got böter 300 kr.. Inte rättvis.. Why work and not doing right?
Worst company I've had to deal with
I've never had to interact with a company that gave me this many issues in my life before.
I just moved to Sweden and the most difficult and frustrating part of literally moving to another place in the world is getting my parking sorted out.
The first parking lot I went to in which I reserved a spot with monthly contracts didn't have any lights, it was pitch black, there was garbage on the floor and a homeless man's bed in the corner and the whole thing smelled like pee.
While getting relocated I had to pay for an overnight parking spot myself and when I got my new location I had to pay extra since this spot was more expensive.
I arrive to find another parking with garbage laying around on the floor and this parking spot was an almost 20 minutes walk away from my apartment...
When I finally found another parking spot, I cancelled my subscription with them immediately but since we'd just gotten into the month of August, I couldn't cancel it for September because of their "Terms of service"...So now I have to pay an entire month for a spot I wasn't going to be using. With all the issues I've had with them I figured maybe they'd show humanity and let me cancel anyways (And also I'm pretty sure that getting the initial parking lot presented to me like this was probably also violating some rules). But no, when I sent them an email regarding the issues I get a "Oh, we're sorry to hear that"
I'm sure the employee just does what he had to do but Aimo Park is the absolute worst and inhuman company I've ever had the displeasure of working with.
The one time I used a daytime parking from them in Västerås, the machines didn't even work! It's like this company can not do ANYTHING right?
I will avoid every single Aimo Parking space from now on. This was an absolutely awful experience.
And I'm sure the CEO and bosses will blame this all on their customer support employees instead of just realising their s**t system doesn't work and we don't see they just want to get all your money and do not care a single bit about you or the safety of your car.
