2 fines (120 euro) and no english signs that say that you need to pay upfront, no customer service

Do Not park your car here. Apparantly you have to pay upfront for parking your car. They fined us 600 kr (60 euro) the same day and only an hour after openingtime
(06.30) they put a second fine behind the windshield for another 600 kr. (60 euro) there where no English signs or information that said that you had to pay upfront. And there is no way to reach them with telephone because they don't handle appeals on the phone. Now I have to pay 1500 kr (150 euro) for only 24 hour park. I have never had such a bad experience in my life parking your car somewhere and it made our day in Malmo very unpleasent. Do not go here if you can find an alternatieve parking spot)

Aimo Park has gone rogue

Aimo Park has gone rogue , predatory fine issuing everyday. Customer service incompetent, the parking proctors bunch of clueless goons whose IQ levels landed them nowhere with a useful career so instead the predatory Aimo has enlisted them to go around and issue random fines and harass the car owners. Clueless mob with no conscience and integrity. Bunch of scammers.

This company honestly can go f***…

This company honestly can go f*** themselves.
Drove out from my own p-hus for which I'm paying a monthly fee. It was a very cold winter day and unfortunately the engine stopped (frozen fuel line, diesel engine) just after driving out onto the road next to the p-hus, could not move from there. Called the towing company immediately but they can't teleport, so had to leave the car there where it stopped (was not in the way for traffic was still a private road...). Got a parking ticket in less than one hour.
Appealed that it was physically impossible to move the car from there, Aimo did not give a f***.
Piece of s*** people working there, or their managers are. I will honestly deliberately cheat with parking fees from now on, same behaviour as what I got from them.

ZERO.

0. Increase prices for nothing. Give false tickets. When you complain explaining your situation they are not reasonable. Also their signs are not sufficient and correct.

Abusive bills

Too long didn't read : Paid parking spot, got fined anyway, appealed, Aimo park didn't care.

Besides all comments from Swedish people, here is a story about my case. I bet that they have monopole in Sweden, or not far from it, which is why they can allow themselves to ignore 1500+ 1star comments on internet.
I needed a place to park for a month with my car, and had no other option that Aimo park for that. So I PAID for a month in a particular stationment spot. Apparently the area is in construction, so google maps brings me to the actual adress where i'm supposed to park. Arriving there, the parking spot is an open street with a sign "aimo park" at the entrance of the street and not further indication. I see some cars parked, so I just park next to them. After that i'm away from Sweden for a week, and when coming back i find THREE 1100 krona bills on my car because apparently I parked 100 m from the supposedly parking spot, which does not exist on google maps and on which Aimo park has never given me the precise location.
I tried appealing this, and of course it didn't work because "the area in which you parked is marked with a sign forbidden park", which is clearly a lie as I parked NEXT TO ABOUT 5 OTHER CARS.

Well, I have no energy to spare anymore with this compagny, I just hope that at some point there will be alternatives so that those people can finaly get some karma for all the customers that have been fooled like me.
Honestly I don't even understand how you, people working at Aimo, are going home thinking "Yeah I really did a good job today, earth is a better place with me working here", while your compagny is getting comment bombed since more than 5 year for its awfull behaviour. I already spent too much energy writing this comment, but if it may help someone not paying you anything, it's definitely worth it.

If somethings goes wrong with pay…

If somethings goes wrong with pay (automaticpay) they immediatly send it to INKASSO no reminder. HEY something went wrong could you play, and there is a hefty penalty fee.

Not ok! And your garage is dirty smelly and people are allowed to park however they want , but when i was a little outside i got a fine, Ive seen cars taking to places and no ticket even thou they were like this for 2 weeks

Unprofessional. No interest in letting me pay on time

My sms bill never arrived so I email them asking if they could please send it again or send a copy in an email. However, they made sure to wait with their response for long enough that a lateness fee would apply to my bill, which I never received in the first place! How can you have a 1 week turnaround on support for bills that have to be paid within a week? Unprofessional. Will not park with them again.

One of the worst customer services

One of the worst customer services I have ever experienced! Limited opening hours for phone calls (3 hours/day), it takes ages to get an answer by email and when you get the answer it might not be the right info. Meanwhile, the client is paying for a service that can not use! Hate companies that operate like Aimo Park!

Parked at an Aimo monitored car park…

Parked at an Aimo monitored car park and used their app to pay. The attendant obviously didn't check whether paid or not online and issued a fine which the company refused to waive. Judging by previous reviews, this seems very common. Would advise to stay away from these fraudsters

The most arrogant and rude customer service

Aimo Park has the most arrogant and rude customer service. Instead of helping you understand why you've received a fine dispite paying for parking, they're just sending over generic replies and putting the blame on others.

I originally wrote a review and gave them 1 star, due to very bad experience I had with them before.

They customer service has been oneof the worsts in terms of:
- coming in contact with them: every time you emailed them, a new case would be created)
- getting response from them: my parking queue number went up from being 40 in the queue to number 60 after waiting for one year and I never got an explanation why (they did not get back to me.

However, in my recent communication with them, it seems that their CS has improved (response time less than 1 day with concrete information and solution).

Useless Company

All parking companies are bad, but this is the worst of them. Avoid! Never sign up for a long term parking contract. You will never get a hold of them to cancel the contract. They do not respond to emails and I am currently on the phone with the with a waiting time of 45 minutes which is common... Rest of this week they were closed "due to training their staff", doubt that. Totally useless company, real scam.

I parked and went to the kiosk to pay…

I parked and went to the kiosk to pay for parking in Åre Sweden. Someone attempted to pay and could not. Thought they may have been doing it incorrectly. I am from the US and have only used a few of these parking lot kiosks in Sweden over the week we were there. The machine was not working for me either. I even took pictures of the steps that you preform while going through the process. I thought maybe it was disabled for the day. I got a ticket. The only way to pay the ticket is use a swift number to transfer funds, internationally, which is not what I use to pay for things in the US. I emailed your company for help because the link you give is for a bank that did not have an obvious way to transfer funds. So then it gets sent to the car rental company who charged me nearly the cost of the ticket
$92 for a parking ticket and no way to fight the ticket since I don't live in Sweden. Your kiosk did not work! I had a meeting I needed to get to. You fined me unfairly. Your company is wrong and criminal. I would call it theft. Thieves are what are
