This company creates fake tickets. I had a rental car from Hertz and one month after returning the car I get a withdrawal from my credit card from Hertz due to that Aimo falsely claim that the car was wrongly parked at an address I have never been to in my whole life. At the date and time when they claimed the the car was wrongly parked it was parked outside my house which is 10km away from the address where they claim that the car has been. I appealed against this fake parking ticket and asked what ground they had for this claim. But of course they refuse to show their basis. I understand that mistakes can happen. But when there are absolutely zero interest from their side to correcting them. It indicates to me that this is a criminal company that are randomly picking license numbers and creating fake tickets. Searching on the Web you will find that there are other people that have got fake tickets. I will most likely report this fraud to the Police. This cannot continue!

Aimo Park fined us double & do not expect any mercy. Parked in front of hotel (scandic foresta). Payed for parking fee. Only small paper from reception helps. Do not expect any help from reception or scandic in case you're fined even though you paid and not been told to put up the paper in car. Aimo Park will ticket you - so you pay for parking and for being fined. Very very bad experience. Even after explaining and giving proof of payed parking, ticket fine was upheld. Will not come back - whole holiday experience ruined becuase of Aimo Park SE

The business model of a "highwayman", press out as much money from car driving citizens as any possible.
Though having paid correctly by the low rated Aimo app in Gothenburg, I received a fine of 850 kr, because it was (no kidding) THE WRONG ROW (it was one of the rows in the middle) of the parking lot !!

No precise description for foreigners. We thought „parking per plate and pay at the end“. But it was pay direct after your wheels stand still. Got two (!) very expensive tickets. Bad behaviour. Never aimo again.

A very warm welcome for tourists! We had a stop at Lund for 30 minutes, we wanted to pay but didn't know we had to pay up front. There were no signs or anything and nobody to assist you, but there was someone giving fines instead of helping out.

No information on prices. You have to drive through the gates just to realize you've been shafted, and then you can't exit without paying highway man prices... Unbelievable this is legal

In former times those guys has been called RAUBRITTER ...... Now a days such a ''business'' is legal !

This company is a scam. I payed for 24h parking but received not one but two consucutive fines. I tried to appeal via their website from the form they provide but the website is broken and the appeal doesn't go through. I've tried getting on the phone call with them but got charged 20 euros for waiting on the line for 5 minutes after which they just hung up on me.

The worst parking app ever. Impossible to create an account and with that: no support.

Very bad signage! I went to costco in stockholm, parked in a huge mostly empty costco parking lot. Came out to a ticket on the car and the customer service in costco says I need some clock thing in my car to be able to park! What is that!? I'm not from stockholm and was just trying to check out an international costco! I didn't see anything about paying for parking. I parked next to a sign that simply had an arrow. Swedes, you guys are getting screwed over here with the parking rules. Makes me sick that these parking ticket companies' business model is to make money off honest mistakes!

Never park with this company.

They charged me 40 EUR for 40 minutes in Norway, as I parker on the «wrong» place. Even though it looked like a perfectly normal parking space.

AIMO Park is a rip-off company with racist ideas among its staff. In the smallest ICA shop in Sweden, you are served in English as a foreigner Sweden. All cash register systems in 99.9% of all shops can speak English. The cash machine in the Tegner Gallery in Växjö, however, only speaks Swedish! Unclear instructions, 90 minutes free parking only for people with a Swedish personal number, barely legible parking tickets with confusing information.... If you complain, you get answers that come directly from the vocabulary and ideas of the AfD. Ugh.
Even one star is far too much!

This company is the worst company ever, sends fake invoices and threaten with legal action if you don't pay them, and when you complain they think you should prove that you never parked illegally, which is hard when you can't get any information on what crime you're accused of

Worst parking company. They use the same code zone for several different addresses and different prices on purpose to cheat the customer. When you complain about the parking ticket (because you used the correct zone code), they just send a template answer and don't actually read your complaint. And the complaint system is terrible. You can't follow up on your ticket, you need to open new tickets and they send the same answers.

They sell monthly subscription to a parking space they know nothing about and don't bother giving proper access to.
the lot is open most of the time, at daytime and I was supposed to receive a tag/remote control i case it is closed, at night and weekends. I never received it despite many emails and calls to their customer service. Aimo gets to decide when I can use my car!!! And there is no alternative parking option in the area...

Parked on an aimopark parking lot and payed for the parking via the mobile app.
When I came back to my car, I got a fine!
Tried to appeal the fine with my parking invoice included, but that is rejected with unclear statements...
Fine needs to be payed, even though I payed for the time I parked!

The greediness of this company is unparalleled. They took over our buildings parking a few years back and have consistently raised the prices between 10 and 25% per year for rhe last 4 years. Why? "Adjusting to the market" and "increased costs". We all know that's total bs. Shameful.

Get a life you morons, fining people at 1am while I paid for the whole precedent day, feels like you are stalking my phone position just to make sure you can fine everyone right at the parking time's up. Never gonna pay your so called fines
