The education support team is amazing the two stars is based on purely them. They are so helpful and so kind and always are prompt with their responses.
HOWEVER, I was sold a fast tracked program told I would obtain my certificates quicker. When I finished my program I received “congratulations on completing your certificate three in fitness” however I only received a COA meaning I couldn’t get any work with this, I lost multiple job opportunities, I was in communication with an off shore team which were practically reading off script. No one was actually able to help me (not their fault they are given strict guidelines). The only way I was able to get my certificate three was to enter back into the standard program and pay 400 dollars extra to do this…. I tried to explain how this has actually lost me money and that they were selling something that actually wasnt provided to you when it should have been I asked if they would be kind enough to wave the fee of 400 due to the inconvenience and out of good faith, they refused AND then they said they would charge me if I needed further assistance from their team !!!!
Honestly if I had of known all this prior to enrolling I would have gone elsewhere for the cost.

Ollie has been amazing to deal with. Quick to assess my assignments and telling me what changes need to be made or where signatures needed to be added. Thanks Ollie

I had a phone call-with Laine and she was very helpful and She assisted me with the course and answered all my questions clearly. I really appreciate her support and willingness to help.

Originally was pretty bad with ridiculous marking times and fails for bad reasons like photos submitted in wrong format or other nonsense. Feedback was pretty good but, a 2 weeks wait to approve a typo in the date is pretty ridiculous. Then Ollie came in and saved the day giving me a direct number to text when I finish an assessment that he will mark asap (within an hour).

Very engaging, warm and friendly experience with AIPT so far. I completed my first online session tonight with Oliver and it was really fun!

I have only just started my course but the content is easy to understand and I am getting all the help I need.

McCoy was very helpful and efficient in helping fix my issue with incorrect log in details

Laine in customer service has always been an excellent source of help anytime I have contacted her. She has always solved my query efficiently and properly. I wish her and AIPT all the best.
