The shoes took nearly a month to arrive. When they did, they were not orthopaedic and sold.! very poorly fitted with no lining.
The name implies it’s a British company. The tracking showed that there were manufactured in the middle of China.
Poorly made and poorly fitted. What a shame.!

Beautiful summer Mary Janes
Quite a wide fitting but attractive sand coloured Mary Jane shoe perfect for Summer.
Really love the cut out studded lattice pattern. Shoes were carefully packed and protected with loads of tissue.

Swift delivery as promised
I purchased anais pointed T bar flats and received swift delivery as promised. Beautiful shoes and as recommended I went up a little in size as I'm usually UK 5-5.5 depending on retailer. The 6 was a perfect fit and the shoe bed is extremely comfortable and supportive. I'm really pleased not to have to compromise on comfort to get a really pretty shoe.

AirandGraceLondon is not a trust…
AirandGraceLondon is not very trust worthy. I made two orders from airandgracelondon to purchase 3 pair of ladies shoes for me wife. Purchased orders on the 3rd of May 2026. I was expecting the delivery by the 8th of May at the latest. The shoes were not delivered nor any delivery update given. This shop is doggy and people should refrain to buy and product from airandgracelondon.
The telephone contact on airandgracelondon website isn't ringing and can not go through. I Encourage a friend to get one for his wife which he did and I bought for him too and none of the orders purchased did arrived. This is very distressing and traumatic event. I am afraid people need to stir away from this dangerous and lying shop. I checked the review before making the orders. The reviews may not indicate a true picture of this shop- airandgracelondon.

Great company
Bought some lovely shoes however the fit wasn't quite right. A quick phone call & a replacement pair was sent out before they had received the original pair back, which was great as I needed them in a hurry for a wedding I was attending.
They are probably the most comfortable heeled shoes I have ever worn even though I was wearing them for 12 hours, standing for long periods, dancing etc. No breaking in required with these!!
Very pleased with purchase, would thoroughly recommend this company & their product.

Difficult ankle strap
Prompt delivery. Lovely soft leather only the ankle straps were very difficult to do up as the holes had not been properly punched through.
