Please from the flight crew to check the passengers's tickets because some passengers come and sit here in the front seats that you pay a fee for sitting in them and thank you

From Doha to Tbs, we booked Air Arabia as there was no other option. QR was not flying on 15th June, we booked Fly Dubai but that got cancelled and finally we had only Air Arabia option and booked one way with meet and greet and lounge access in Sharjah. We booked the row 1, hence it was comfortable seating. Checkin, Boarding, flying, lounge, airport immigration all went very smoothly. Food we ordered against payment was good. J belive water should be offered more than a small bottle as free. The rates were not low as such. However we were very happy with the flight and Air Arabia services.

If I never had the money to pay their extra made up fees I would of been seriously in trouble. Good luck making a complaint they literally just say via email f*** o**.

Space. Incredibly tight both horizontal and vertical. My knees had no space and you crammed the cabin horribly to maximize your profit. Pls. Some respect to your clients

Great service and nice staff! Bookingprocess is very easy and it was a nice flight.

There are always taxes that appear in your ticket at the end. And they add extras that I don't need, then I have to check what is added to remove it. But the flight was on time.

Very disappointing experience with Air Arabia. They changed / delayed my flight, which caused me to miss my onward connection, so I had to buy new, more expensive tickets and also pay for a hotel overnight because the next available flight was only in the morning. I submitted a claim with the details, but Air Arabia did not reimburse these expenses. The disruption was caused by their flight schedule change, yet they left all the extra costs on the passengers. Poor customer service and no accountability — I would not recommend Air Arabia for connecting trips.

We always prefer Air Arabia as it serves our purpose for a direct service to Sharjah.
Air Arabia has been providing on time service, and every aspect from handling of the checkin to boarding the plane was a great experience.
The only improvement part would be to ensure that on board personnel are provided with inter-personal skills training for enhancing the people interactions.
Overall yes, I do prefer to travel Air Arabia.

Air Arabia has a very user friendly website/app to book flight,quick check in with regular reminders . The process of check in at Airport was very swift and fast with no hassle. Flight from Sharjah to Jaipur and back was in time and reached before time as always.I am a regular traveller on Air Arabia flights and very comfortable with aircraft wide seats and punctuality,
