My mother in law travelled with Air Arabia from Ahmedabad to Nairobi on 10 June 2026. Overall, her experience was very good.

The airline staff were helpful and assisted her whenever necessary. Since she does not understand English, the support provided by the staff made her journey much smoother and more comfortable.

I would like to suggest a few improvements. It would be helpful if Air Arabia could introduce more discounted fares for passengers. In addition, I believe wheelchair assistance should be provided free of charge for elderly passengers or travellers with very limited education who may not understand English and require guidance throughout their journey.

Where wheelchair assistance is not available, Air Arabia could consider assigning an escort to assist such passengers through immigration, security checks, and boarding procedures until they are safely on the aircraft. Similar assistance during transit at Sharjah would also be very beneficial, especially when the layover time between connecting flights is short. An escort could help passengers move quickly through security clearance and reach the correct departure gate on time.

Air Arabia has always been punctual, value for money, comfort timing etc..

I had a wonderful experience flying alone for the first time. I have a slight fear of flying, so I was naturally a little nervous before boarding. However, I would like to sincerely thank the captain and the flight crew for making the journey so comfortable that I hardly felt any anxiety during the flight.

The takeoff, flight, and landing were all very smooth, which made the experience even more reassuring and enjoyable. The cabin crew were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist passengers. Their guidance and care throughout the journey were truly appreciated.

I have flown with Air Arabia⁠ many times, but this flight will always remain special and memorable because it was my first time traveling alone. It gave me the confidence to overcome my fear and enjoy the journey.

Thank you, Air Arabia, for providing such a pleasant and comfortable flying experience. My heartfelt appreciation to the captain, cabin crew, and everyone involved. Wishing you all the very best and many more successful journeys ahead.

I have had better opinion about this air company, as I flew before and never had issues.
Its sad to say but I’m extremely disappointed. I hope they will work on their issues.

The airline cancelled my flight from London to Phuket for 01-Apr-2026 with the advice that a full refund (less service fee) or credit would be issued. I opted and submitted a request for a refund and, despite multiple follow-up attempts, have been ignored and not received anything. The only response I had from the airline from any of my contact attempts was when I advised them I would be raising a credit dispute, which I had to do as was subsequently ignored. Fly the airline at your own risk as you will get no support if anything goes wrong.

Airport staff and terminal cargo staff was really professional in Sharjah Muweillah near to madina , I can’t recall her name , she is professional , empathetic to customers and direct in responses due to this our experience with Air Arabia was stupendous

The crew on the flight were very pleasing and courteous. The captain was very good in his welcome and update as well as before arrival. He mad the BEST ever landing in Sharjah. I did t even feel we landed. I have flown so many airlines for past 40 years across the globe but the captain of this flight was crazily amazing in his landing. Great job and my best wishes to him

Very bad experience for my sister on an Air Arabia flight today. She requested a glass of drinking water, but the cabin crew told her to buy a bottle of water instead. Drinking water is a basic human need, and it was disappointing to see such a simple request handled this way.

We understand that airlines may have their own onboard service policies, but passengers should still be treated with courtesy, respect, and basic care. The manner in which the situation was handled felt unfriendly and left a negative impression.

This experience was disappointing and did not meet our expectations of customer service. I hope Air Arabia reviews this matter and ensures that passengers' basic needs are treated with greater consideration in the future.
