Exactly the same story as outlined by many other people. No etickets. Left numerous voicemails. Finally one day prior to departure, dome bozo pickeg up to say our tickets had been cancelled and that they can rebook us on another flight for almost 4 times the oroginal price. We said NO and booked alternative travel arrangements. Thanks God as we would probably been ripped off a second time. Not holding my breath for a refund.

I. Wished I have read these reviews before I made the mistake. I booked the flights with them, but they canceled the tickets. They said the prices shown on their website is no longer apply. They sent out the same bull sh—— email, saying they will refund the money back between 21-28 days
I am still waiting for the refund.

It is impossible to rate this gong show. This is a scam. They will take your money and collectively we should take a law suit out against this shower of S**T. Please believe me and DO NOT EVER book anything through these mafia scam artists…. There should categorically be an FBI investigation into these people. Save your money and run you hard working honest people. RUN for your fu**ing lives . Two weeks in and 2000 Canadian dollars down, and these tarts are laughing. FRAUD!!!!!! STAy AWAy!!!!!!!

Do not book with this company!!!!! I booked flight for tomorrow. Called them and got hang up 3 times. Called again and woman told me that my tickets were never booked and ll see eticket in2-3 hours. I said “are u scamming me?” she said no I should hear back in2-3 hours. I called my credit card company and put a dispute. I received this email which looks fake because they’re trying to stall the time:

The amount is already refunded in the original form of payment and you should have the funds in a maximum of 21 to 28 business days from now.

This company is a big Scam..I have been trying for over a month to receive my refund., we couldn’t go anymore due to getting sick.. I keep receiving an email saying they escalated it but nothing happens and I received a phone call from a US number and the person left a voice message saying I will receive the refund but nothing and when I called back the number, it just keep ringing, no voice mail... I don’t think I will get my refund back.. I’m even threatening them with the police but nothing.. I leaned my lesson.. never book from an unknown company to save a little.. not worth it.

I was just reading over the reviews and it seems to be the same story. I thought I was booking with the airline, but somehow I ended up booking with Airborne. I never got my e ticket, so I called them. The guy on the phone said that he had to cancel the booking and start over. I did get my e-ticket and I did fly, but now I have been charged twice. Same flight same day same two people. I called them just now and they said someone will call me back. Seems unlikely, right? I believe I will go directly to my credit card to dispute the charge.

Booked my flight and never received e ticket. Price went up 100.00. Fine, get to airport and my flight was canceled. American airlines tried to get me on a flight 4 hours later. Couldn't get on the flight. Called airborn because if your flight is canceled its federal law they have to refund. They hung up on me twice and were laughing.

I would give you a big fat zero but it wouldn't allow me to. I bought my flight tickets back in May I was charged double 1 for the original price of $625.16 then I'm charged $758. For a different flight meanwhile they're suppose to refund my 625 now I am going on my trip in 6 days or so but can't afford to because I can't afford it since I'm a single mom and have NEVER been able to take a trip and now that I've saved for soooo long some company decided to take money from me I am looking into legal action

I booked my flight in March 2022, for a flight in June 2022. I was sent a confirmation email, but no eticket. When I reached out to customer service for my eticket they said i should recieve it in 48-72 hours. It was never sent. I called the service line and was hung up on. I called the airline I booked with and they said what happened is that they recieved the booking details, but that then the booking was cancelled without my knowledge. These guys are an absolute SCAM!!!! I just had to pay 3x as much for a flight I have to be on in 5 days, that i booked almost 4 months ago.

Do not…. I repeat do not use this company for traveling, they are a total rip off!!!!
Scheduled a flight & didn’t receive my etickets so I called & they said something went wrong with my reservation. So we canceled the tickets & rebooked. Three months later I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve emailed & called every week since it happened & there is always an excuse. As of late, they have not been returning my emails and when I call they put me on hold & then we get “disconnected “.
I’m going to continue to email & call, doubt it will help. Again do not use this company!!!

This site is a scam! Took my money and I had no flight. I will be going through my credit card in order to get my money back. Don't use this site!

RUN!! don't walk but RUN. What everyone else is saying is true. I booked a trip, they cancelled without my knowledge and are now trying to keep my money.

This company is a complete rip-off.They are quick to take your money but you will never get your e-ticket.Never answer the phone or return your calls.Had to dispute it with my credit card company. Hopefully i will get my money back.STAY CLEAR OF THESE BANDITS! HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE!!!!

Wish I had read the reviews - I just had the same experience. Took my money and never got me the tickets. I wonder how much money they get from keeping my money on ice from baking time, through multiple days of me calling for tickets and n=being told 'tomorrow', then 3 WEEKS before I can expect a refund. I guess you do that to enough people you get enough to cover the cost of your call center in India and then some. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!

I feel so dumb for not looking at the reviews first. This is sad how we have to lose so much money for it to not be real. I don’t recommend them they scam

This is a SCAM!!!!!!! Stay far far away. Thought booking directly with the airlines until got conformation. Called because never received the flight details. Waited the 7 days, still nothing. Called frontier directly, no flights for that day/time exist. Now trying to get refunded the money. Had to rebook at a higher rate.

Scammers! I had the same experience as everyone else here. Booked a flight and was charged right away and never received a ticket. After calling “customer service” over 20 times I kept being told my ticket is in the queue and I’d receive tomorrow - I never did. RUN don’t walk from these mutants!

TOTAL SCAM. Got to the airport and they had NO record of my flight. Tried calling them and they kept hanging up on me. DONT DO IT!!!!!

After a minor Inconvenience.. airborne traveler made good.

Booked flight and never rec'd my e-ticket. When I called them to investigate, they explained that my booking had been cancelled by them "by mistake". When I enquired about rebooking they explained that the my desired flights were no longer available but If I was willing to pay more, they could get me on another flight. Thankfully I didn't re-book with them however I'm still waiting to be reimbursed for my original booking.
