Book the flight about 45 days ago and…

Book the flight about 45 days ago and was immediately charged the fee. Flight is supposed to leave tomorrow and realize we never got the actual e-ticket. Call this company and they said they tried to reach out several times saying that the flight was not able to be booked in the fares went up more than double. I called Spirit airlines direct and saw that they never reserved a flight after I made payment. This is a total scam company and I'm sure have ruined many a vacation. Turn and run.

Nightmare

Nightmare, worst online travel company I've ever experienced. They destroyed our 40th anniversary vacation and had to go to the FBI Cyber crimes division to even get our money back and now the airfares are triple what they were months ago when I gave them the money to book our trip. Won't call you back and won't pay you back. Not even a real company. I looked at several back pages of their website and saw several pages in Russian. Now I really don't trust them!!! Rating definitely in the minus 100!!!

Refund on complete IGNORE

I had to put one star in order to write this review but in all honesty it is an absolute zero or even less. They are the biggest liars that exist within the travel industry. They promised me a refund on April 25th and said that it would take a minimum of 2-3 weeks . It is now going on 6 weeks and counting. I had to cancel my ticket due to an unexpected knee surgery and since then they have proceeded to tell me that the refund will be reimbursed within 5 days or they leave you waiting for an exorbitant amount of time or now they just hang up when I say the word refund.
Scammers, liars, take your pick. There's a reason why their rates are the cheapest when you open an airlines' website...do not be fooled like so many of us have been....

This company is horrible

This company is horrible. I booked my flights 45 days an advance on their site. While at the airport my flight was changed from a 9:45 am to a 2:30 pm layover flight. The airline explained this company purchased my flight the night before and the am flight was booked. I called them and they were very nasty, rude and even hung up on me. After hours on the phone the airline issued me a credit. Since I couldn't use the credit at another airline I end up spending an unexpected 500.00 in order to get to my vacation destination. Save your safe the headache and don't use them.

Made reservation, charged $1645, never received e-ticket, six weeks later got a cancellation notice.

On April 11, 22 I Booked a first class flight from Seattle to Wilmington, NC for a 6/5/22 through 6/11/22 (on American Airlines through Airborntraveler) never received an E-ticket. Worried and wondering - went into email to check for the e-ticket that I was sure had arrived and I just didn't see it. Nope. What was there was this message dated 5/29/22 (Sunday):

"Dear Passenger, We regret to inform you that your booking has been canceled and amount had been refunded
The amount is already refunded in the original form of payment and you should have the funds in a maximum of 21 to 28 business days from now. We request you to kindly make an alternate travel arrangement We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Thanks and regards, Customer Service"

I called them first thing on May 31, 22 and spoke with an "Adwin" in customer service. He apologized - said that the ticket never was confirmed. I asked about rescheduling - he said that the price for that flight for first class had gone up to over $3000. (I was online looking at the American Airlines Website and I see that first class has gone up to $2200 from $1645 now for the same exact flight) but told "Adwin" that shouldn't matter because I booked on 4-11-22. He apologized but couldn't explain why my reservation didn't go through, (I paid it on my Alaskan Miles Credit Card, and then paid that amount back in full already) and he couldn't explain why my card was charged if there was no confirmed reservation. He seemed to think that the email on 5/29/22 was sufficient notification. I asked to speak to his supervisor. He said that he could pass along the message. I asked when the supervisor would call me back. He said within 4 hours. I'm still waiting and it's been 3 hours. I called my Alaska Card and disputed the charge. They said that wasn't satisfactory treatment. I had the option to report the charge as fraudulent however, that would necessitate issuing a new card and I needed the card to make NEW FREAKING RESERVATIONS!

Flying East to meet my new Grand-daughter and help out my Daughter whose a first time Mom and my Son-in-law is active duty navy corpsman @ Camp Lejeune. I wasn't paying attention when I booked through this place. I really thought that I was booking through American as Alaska doesn't fly into Wilmington NC.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They say you can cancel your flight within 24 hours and when I called to cancel they refused unless I buy another ticket. I purchased another ticket and they did not refund me of the cancelled ticket.

Do not use them you have been warned.I made reservation for two on April 12, 2022 paid $203.52 on my visa credit card.I received email confirmation from airborne travel the same day with passengers name flight time the whole itinerary. Today May 24, 2022 I called frontier airline to confirm My seat since I did not receive e-ticket confirmation from airborn travel. Frontier Airlines told me we have no reservation for you. I called airport travel explained that they charged my credit card but seat reservation wasn’t made with the airline what the hell is going on I asked their agent? I gave him the reference number after 30 minutes on hold, he came back and told me yes we don’t have a seat confirmation for you. I said you guys already charge my credit card, agent said-I’m sorry we can’t honor your reservation the airfare went up since April 12 and we have to charge you higher fee. In the meantime I took days off From work & planed my trip & can’t fly & they charged my credit card. I opened a dispute with My credit card bank today.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

Thought I was on Spirit Airline website. Ordered a flight to Nashville for May back in February. Never received a ticket. My credit card charged 265.00. Called to check on my e-ticket. Got hung up on 4 times. Finally called Spirit Airlines direct. They said there was no reservation for me. They could do nothing because they never had a reservation for me.
This was 2 weeks before my flight to Nashville to attend my grandsons wedding. When I finally booked a flight it cost me $541.00. This company is a total scam. Make sure you are on the correct sight when making a reservation and STAY AWAY FROM AIRBORNE TRAVEL if you want to hold onto your money.

BUYER BEWARE

I do NOT recommend this company at all. They used the wrong credit card, sent me a suspicious email saying they needed another cc , they were dishonest about the amount of the fare I was buying, and they were dishonest about the "feel they charged. They were NOT upfront about their fee at ALL . I was also hung up on twice, which felt very deliberate and not accidental. Beware! I mistakenly thought I was on the phone with an actual airline. My bad. Never again! And frankly, they were not very friendly. I spoke with at least 3 different team members... could have been much nicer.

This is a scam operation!

This is a scam operation!! Received email approximately 6-8 hours previous to flight time informing me that flight is cancelled due to the fact I had not responded to their communication. I never received any communication from them!! After assuring me that my refund is in process I have not received my refund after nine days from flight date.

Absolutely a ZERO👎👎👎👎👎

Absolutely a ZERO. SCAM. My younger sister passed away not realizing when booking my flight I was not on Spirit air directly. I was going up for a funeral service that I missed due weather all travel flights were canceled. Spirit refunded the flight but somehow Airborne high jacked the service and my refund. I was unable to attend my sisters service and out almost $500. They were very rude and unsympathetic and hung up on me. Nothing but a SCAM. Not to mention the baggage they told me it was $75 for a 20 lbs carry on and $75 to check a bag. ??? More BS as it is $45 for a checked bag with spirit and free carry on. I was really taken advantage of. They did not even give me a voucher for another flight. This company makes spirit look bad. They should do something about this company.
