Stay away, It is a scam.

I booked a flight to BC and one to the Uk. As I had not got my ticket last week I called only to be told the flight to BC was canceled. When I asked whyI had to call to find this out they said it just happened. They booked me another flight for $200 usd more. The ticket I got had no flight numbers so I called back. They said I had to check with Air Canada I had a booking number. It was booked but I am on tenterhooks in case it disappears before I fly.
I also asked for my ticket to UK and was told that was canceled too but he could book me another one. I said I couldn’t afford extra $’s on that flight so I would just leave the cancellation. He sent me the cancellation email for both flights but when I said I would not rebook UK he said oh my mistake it’s not cancelled you will get your ticket in the next four hours. Of course that did not happened and when I called next day they said the flight was cancelled. 4 hours of phone calls and a fear that I can kiss my $2,000 goodbye from them and just hope the credit card company can help.
I thought I was good at seeing a scam but this one I missed for sure. The one star is too good for them. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

Booked a flight and for days they gave me the run around about my tickets coming. After 5 days of being told a supervisor had fixed their error, they told me the last day my flight was canceled and tried to pressure me to get another flight for way more money. Now the supposed refund could take days. I had to cancel through my bank to even get a refund and then buy tickets at a higher rate due to booking later. This is definitely a scam!

Absolutely a scam! Do not book any flight with this LLC. One night before my flight departure, they cancelled via email, claimed the tried to contact me, which was a lie. Still waiting for the refund!!

I received notification that my flight to my uncle's funeral was cancelled April 11th, 3 days before I was to leave when I had booked the ticket a month before on March 13th. When I called Air Born Travel to enquire about why it was cancelled, they told me that they had to cancel my booking as the ticket costs way more today than it did the day I booked and so, of course, there is no way to afford it at the new price.
When I asked why they hadn't purchased it on March 13th, the day they had sent me an itinerary and charged it to my credit card, I was told that it was up to me to notice that I had not received an e-ticket and call them back to ask for one. I had received an itinerary with a booking number but it was an AirBorne Travel booking number, not an airline booking number and evidently, not an e-ticket. The charge to my credit card was in the name of the airline with "ABT" after the name of the airline. I guess the ABT was how this scam of a company is able to make the charges appear as if they are going to a legitimate airline. The airline confirmed that the booking number was not one of theirs and they had never had a reservation in my name for the flight I booked for.
I wound up buying a ticket directly from the airline today, which, even with a bereavement discount, being so close to the date of travel, was triple the cost of what it would have been if I'd have gotten it when I originally booked.
I am told that I will be getting a refund in the next month but I have my doubts. Good luck fellow travellers.

Fraudulent site/activity!!!! Wish I saw this sooner! No refund after 21 days. Same Indian male voiced customer service representative!

I contacted this company to make two seperate bookings. I ended up cancelling my bookings as this company added on charges not agreed upon on the intial purchase. I contacted them 9 days afterward to see how the refund process was proceeding.At that time the representative was rude unhelpful and hung up on me. I have already contacted my credit card company and filed a fraudulent charge against them as no tickets were ever actually received.I am now waiting for the outcome of this process.DONOT book anything with this company

I feel as though I have just been ripped off by this company and from the reviews its looking that way...absolutely pissed off right now...I booked a flight with these people at a sale price and when I called they they said the price I paid was no longer available and the ticket price went up at the time of purchase. I said how is that possible if I purchased a ticket it should be honored to which he said sorry sir....sorry !!. So they asked me for more money for the flight. He said he would refund my 791.00 and then he wanted to recharge me more money an extra 100.00 and some odd dollars. I said I can't afford to purchase another flight because you took my money and now I have to wait for my money to be returned before I can purchase the higher priced ticket now, I am not rich. I asked how long before I can receive my 791.00 and it went from 3 business days to 14 to 21 business days but it has been remitted.
I called my bank and they said they cannot do anything about it....that I have to wait and if I am not refunded the said money they can put me in touch with the fraud department.....
I see reviews on here and it leaves me with little hope.

Update…, after freaking out on every source I spoke to I was reimbursed my money but had to wait an extra few days because they were also going to pull more funds and the bank was waiting for that to go through but in the end it did not
I had my card canceled and had to go get a new card and change my password
Not a kool place to deal with at all

They charge your credit card and don’t book your flight. They’ll just delay and pocket your money.

They charged my credit card but did not pay the airline! Either crooks or teetering on the edge of bankrupcy

TOTAL SCAM!!!!! My mom booked a flight over a month ago and paid for it and they never issued the ticket. I spent all day yesterday on the phone with them only to be told BY THEM that they can do whatever they want and don't owe their customer ANYTHING. Told me there was no supervisor that the all India call center was the only person we can talk to and basically TOUGH LUCK. Stay away and just don't do it!!!

Very Dishonest bad they took my airline credit of 1400.00 US and would not give it back to me.

Completely trash and untrustworthy. I accidentally clicked this website thinking it was orbitz. I guess it was an ad bait and click. Eitherway, booked the ticket and never received it even after a week. Customer service is both rude and incompetent. NEVER BUY from here. Extremely shady. They dont give you emails or return on money.

We booked a flight with this company, and needed to make a change in the reservation. Not even a date change, just adding a carry-on bag to the ticket. Numerous phone calls went unanswered. Numerous emails went unanswered. Numerous messages left went without anybody ever getting back to us. This company has ZERO customer service. Please, save yourselves the hassle of booking with them!
