I had to give 1 star only to write this review. I received a lemon and the company will not refund my money. They had me send videos showing the default which required an extra set of hands and still no full refund. I bet all the Instagram ads are a scam too.

The product is relatively expensive compared to other options at $99 and it simply didnt work for my hair. Instead of straightening my hair, it made it fizzy and the curling options didnt hold. I was very disappointed with this product. They dont allow any returns only if their is a defect. But for me the product just didnt do what it was advertised to do for my hair. It really made my hair look bad when I used it and completely fuzzy. I will try to sell it on facebook market place. I ended up buying a much cheaper option for $24 from Marshalls which I am really happy with and does the trick.

This review only has a rating of 1 because it isn't possible to rate it as zero, but I suppose the item was delivered so could potentially scrape a score of 1.
I purchased an AirBrush in October as a Christmas present for my wife, so it wasn't actually used for the first time until boxing day. We then went away for 6 days.
By the 18th of January it had completely failed and was emitting a high pitched whine, so it worked for a grand total of 18 days before failing.

AirBrush-Care advise that the only way to get a replacement is to return the item within 30 days of receipt. The 2 Year warranty advertised on their website if a complete fabrication. They claim it is a 2 year warranty for advise only and does not imply any ability to return an item for repair or replacement.

Also their website shows a 5* TrustPilot score, as you can see on the TrustPilot page their score is nowhere near that !!

Would rate 0 stars if I could! PIECE OF CRAP PRODUCT, DO NOT PURCHASE! I was excited to receive this airbrush as a Christmas gift after reading all the RAVE reviews on their website and how it was supposed to be superior to all the others. However after trying it for the first time I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. It DOES NOT work. It is extremely loud, smelled like it was burning , only has one speed and the hair curling wands don’t even work. The list goes on and on! I had to switch to my regular hair dryer to finish drying my hair. The styler used in the videos by the girls isn’t even the same styler. Totally miss leading and false advertising. What a complete waste of money and they don’t even give a refund! DO NOT PURCHASE!! PIECE OF CRAP PRODUCT!!

Does not work! Made very cheap! Cost over $100 😲 They wont let you return it, that should tell you something. 👎
