Item is sub standard and does not deliver what they promise. It’s like a travel hairdryer with a few gadgets to make it look better. Customer service is worse I’ve ever known and they try to avoid consumer legislation by making their own rules up. Tried returning for weeks but they ignore emails, pretend replies have gone to spam and when they do reply ask for videos of product not working. When I asked how they’d know from a video that it doesn’t heat up they asked me to use a thermometer in front of it!!!
I’d suggest total avoidance.
I’ve raised a case with my bank but not holding my breath that they can help and will be going to trading standards as well.

Do not use this company!!! They market it as good as dyson buts its far from it!! Cheap and very small wouldn't allow me to return

Avoid this company and their products, i bought the Airbrush 5 in 1 based on great reviews, however it took all the bodyout of my hair and left it feeling thin, within a couple of days after purchasing i contact the company for refund based on my experience and the fact that they are falsifying reviews, they only offered me 10% discount on a product i cant use, cowboys selling products to people, Trading Standards have been contacted

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

41 emails later and I’m still waiting for a refund on a faulty product. They asked me to prove it didn’t heat up by holding it against my hand, then demanded another video with a thermometer reading. Absolutely ridiculous.

After weeks of back-and-forth, they tried to fob me off with a 15% refund, then 20%. I’ve now told them I’ll be reporting this to Trading Standards.

Shocking behaviour and borderline fraudulent practices. Avoid.

Bought my wife an Airbrush 5 in 1 for Christmas and the 1st time she used it it went bang and the handle instantly got too hot to hold.
Contacted them 3 times via their website but they never responded. Finally got a response via email but they said it didn't classify as faulty!! After asking them what did classify as faulty if not a device going bang on its first use and they responded by saying they needed a video of it going wrong, which I obviously can't provide as it had already failed.
If I could give them a minus score I would.
Avoid this company, they are a scam.

Do not buy from this awful company.

I’ve been waiting 3 months for a refund for a product that l never even got. Now they have emailed to say they are going to refund me minus 30% as per their policy. I never received the goods! But the promised refund hasn’t materialised as yet.
This company needs striking off as they are so bad! Please don’t buy from them. Read all the terrible reviews.

Product never arrived, initially they never replied but eventually did get a response in which they didn’t answer my question about where the order was but offering a 15% discount! I went back and requested a refund because they had not sent my order and they agreed , however instead of a refund they have taken the money twice !!

Complete bunch of fraudsters, I will pursue refund via my credit card , avoid this lot at all costs

Faulty product, took a long time to get replacement which is also faulty. They said as a goodwill gesture they will refund. But now they requesting all my bank details to process refund as it’s outside “refund timeline “. Perfect fraud.

I used my Airbrush for the first time on Tuesday and it blew up in my hand and tripped my electricity out ..I have asked for a refund and they have refused because i can not provide a video of what happened at the time .

Product is extremely poor quality, no refund possible. Absolutely do not recommend.

This company advertise on Facebook and have non stop excellent, glowing reviews.
I suggested in the comments that it’s always good to check a product review on Trustpilot first of all. Within minutes the admin of Airbrushes Facebook page had deleted my comment and blocked me.
I had previously fallen victim to this company but as the product was never delivered my credit card company refunded my money.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I feel such a mug because this product had great trust pilot reviews on Facebook which I took at face value. It turns out that they were falsified. I have tried to cancel my order but obviously this company will not allow me to do that. I have reported them to advertising standards. I will not be opening the product when it arrives because I fear it will be dangerous. Please do not buy from this company.

Airbrush scam
This company is behind the so-called 5-in-1 Airbrush which is advertised as an equivalent to the Dyson airwrap.
Please don’t waste your money. This is a cheap, plastic set from China & looks like it should cost about £10, let alone £80.
Plus I had two of the same attachments delivered & not the ones as advertised.
Their returns policy is not worth the paper it’s written on.
I believe it s false advertising of a very sub-standard product.
Avoid at all costs!!

You get a product but it overheats and certainly does not provide a frizz free finish. If anything my frizz was a 100 times worse. I contacted the company for an addeess and a refund as it doesn't deliver the quality advertised. They have not responded.
