Avoid at all costs - awful company
Item is sub standard and does not deliver what they promise. It’s like a travel hairdryer with a few gadgets to make it look better. Customer service is worse I’ve ever known and they try to avoid consumer legislation by making their own rules up. Tried returning for weeks but they ignore emails, pretend replies have gone to spam and when they do reply ask for videos of product not working. When I asked how they’d know from a video that it doesn’t heat up they asked me to use a thermometer in front of it!!!
I’d suggest total avoidance.
I’ve raised a case with my bank but not holding my breath that they can help and will be going to trading standards as well.
