Company breaching UK Consumer Regulations.

This is an appalling quality product, shipped direct from China despite the company listing a UK-based PO Box on their website. The company used to operate under the website 'airbrush-uk.co' - I suggest you look at a Trustpilot reviews for that.

Emailed to cancel the transaction just over 2 hours after ordering. Cancellation was refused. Product arrived about a week later. Emailed them the same day to arrange a return due to change of mind. The company state they will only accept returns in the event the product is broken.

UK Distance Selling Regulation stipulate a buyer has 14 days in which they can cancel and return an order for any reason, including change of mind. This company are clearly in breach of the law but do not care since they are based abroad and selling poor quality products for a high price.

We have emailed them twice citing the relevant legislation and demanded a return address, but all they will offer is 20% discount.

We have had no other option than to pursue a charge-back through the bank.

Do not buy from this company.

Please dont buy, broke after 3rd use, strong burning smell and actually smoking, contacted airbrush cs, who say only can help within 30 days of purchase, explained website says 2yr warrenty, getting no where, scam company.

Do not buy from them. It’s a scam they never sent my product and never gave me a refund. They have now blocked my email address so I can’t contact them. Please do not buy

Avoid! Linked to Airbrush hairstyler company. They need to be reported to teading standards! Their return policy is against UK lagislation and customers consumers rights! Do your homework! Don't buy

Avoid!!!! Delivered a damaged and dirty product and are refusing to refund us.

Scammers! Taken money and now website has disappeared!
