Airbrush arrived in good time and well packaged.

It took a while for me to get used to using the airbrush but now love the product.

I would recommend having a video available with a demonstration on how to use the airbrush effectively, giving people some ideas on different hairstyles.

I wasn’t sure when I purchased but thought it was worth trying as much cheaper than the alternatives. I work as a make up artist and hair stylist so I deal with hair daily, this time I wanted something for my personal use. It took a while to arrive, but it was worth the wait! I use it all the time with the different brush ends, I like to add volume for myself, or bouncy blow out, and I use with the paddle brush end on my daughters to smooth frizz. I posted on my social media and had so many messages from people asking me which brush it was. I have been really impressed and would recommend it, just find me on there if you’d like to see how I use it! @erikaswinn

My daughter loves her Air Brush, uses it every day and is no longer jealous of her friend who has the expensive alternative!

Ordered from Air Brush UK and honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

I paid extra for an item that arrived damaged on 19th October. I asked for a refund several times — all ignored. Instead, weeks later, they suddenly shipped a replacement after I’d said I didn’t want it anymore, and are now refusing to refund me because “it’s been shipped.”

They’ve ignored my messages, delayed for weeks, and completely dismissed my rights as a customer. I’ve now had to escalate this under the Consumer Rights Act and through my bank for a refund.

Really disappointing and unprofessional — definitely think twice before ordering from Air Brush UK.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!! This product is shockingly bad. I don't even have words. Trying to arrange a refund is a nightmare. The quality is absolutely horrendous. Please do NOT fall for the "Dyson is threatening legal action" nonsense on Instagram!! Don't waste a single penny of your money on this please. Do not buy this it's nothing like an airwrap it's not even a 5 quid Asda hairdryer

Update: I emailed them to return this since it’s garbage and smells like melted plastic. This was the response. I repeat: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It doesn’t work you won’t get your money back. Not sure how a video is going to demonstrate the smell but ok:

They asked for more information to verify I actually wasted 79 quid on the WORST product known to mankind. Aye I did. Contacted them to return it and they said soz you can’t unless it doesn’t work. Apparently smelling like melted plastic and blowing hair around without latching or curling a single strand doesn’t qualify as faulty. Stupid me bought directly from them if I bought it off Amazon I would’ve returned it immediately and had my money back.
If you’re thinking about it I suggest you buy the real Dyson Airwrap on a payment plan through Amazon or PayPal DO NOT BUY THIS

I ordered and it took weeks to arrive (far past the event I had intended to buy it for) and so when I attempted to return they said they DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. The quality is awful. Do NOT believe any review saying this is a good dupe of the Dyson. I have borrowed a friends Dyson before and this is not even a tenth of the quality. Complete waste of £80 as I will never ever use it.

I purchased this item after reading all reviews on fb and thinking it to be a bargain..... it is working really well for me, one of the best accessories i have bought in a long time. For those that were expecting Shark or Dyson quality for £50, get real. Took a while to arrive but i love it. I might add i do have fine hair thats layered and shoulder length which would make a difference but still. You get what you pay for.....

Updated 2/2/26. You telephoned me for a second time, on 20/1/26 and offered me a 50% refund to take my review down. As the product is rubbish and it’s all the refund I could get, I agreed to take the review down when you refunded the 50%. As of today, 2/2/26 you have not refunded any monies to me. Hence review updated with even more information on how bad a company you are!

Disgusting. Bought this in a moment of madness, paid via PayPal. After delivery date came and went I tried to cancel the order. PayPal was not helpful. Under duress I had no option to but to accept this when it arrived in July. I’ve been looking at since then and decided to open it and see……. IT IS plastic rubbish. I tried it out of curiosity and it exceeds the title of rubbish. The cool tips are not cool and burn your fingers. You can only do the smallest section of hair when using the wand. The brush I would not put near my hair. Plastic and really want to swear but can only right rubbish. STAY AWAY. A friend told me a shark one was superior.

This company should be reported. Paid in August. No item. No tracking number. They refuse to refund me. Keep saying it's on its way and it's not. Also having seen their real trust Pilot scores I would never have purchased in the first place.

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from this company. They sent me a faulty item that was not working when I tried to return it they blanked me so I tried to get a refund through PayPal. PayPal sided with them as they sant random photographs of someone holding a brush stating it was working when they sent it to me. I mean how can you tell from a photograph? I’ve been scammed out of &79.90 and have no way of ever getting my money back. DO NOT be duped by this scam.

I purchased
See the airbrush multi tool for 79.99 via Facebook. The reviews on fb must be fake. This product does not perform as expected and is a cheap nasty replica. It is just a motor in a cheap plastic tube. The tools look the part but are just for show. The motor is so noisy and powerful that it doesn’t seem right to me. I feel completely stupid for falling for this scam. It wouldn’t even be worth a tenner in a boots closing down sale. Please don’t waste your money.

Bought this in july and only getting round to trying it, did not realise that the volumizing brush and curling attachments dont actually turn so the advertisements are very misleading, too late now to return and I haven't even used it total waste of money and poor cheap appliances

Do not buy this without checking the returns policy. They make it difficult to return and will charge $49.99 for returning it if not damaged

Bought an airbrush advertised on FB . Ok at first but then after a month it overheated and cut out . Contacted customer services which at first replied saying it was after a month so they couldn’t accept a return or refund me . I persisted but then they stopped replying. I’ve contacted my credit card company to do a charge back . This company now can’t be found on FB . It’s certainly not a British company .

Paid £79.99 for a product that I never received and now can’t access the emails and what emails I did manage to send before they never replied too!!

All the fb blogs are fake. This product is trash. Doesnt work well. Overheats and damages hair. Just buy a sharkflex or dyson

I received the item but decided it was not what I wanted.
I have emailed and messaged 3/4 times to initiate a return but there is no response or my emails are returned .
I wish I’d read the Trustpilot reviews before purchase!!!!
Fortunately my bank are willing to initiate a chargeback
Terrible customer service and not a UK based company at all

After receiving the hair tool 12 days after order placed (website states delivery between 3-5 day), I requested a return and full refund of the unopened parcel. Retailer has refused on countless occasions and have now contacted my bank for a chargeback under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which protects the consumer with a 14 day cooling off period-disappointed.
