Waited months for a replacement set to be sent. First set had only one ear working. Seems a common problem. Just endless delaying tactics so they can try not to give a refund. Avoid- seems a scam.

Do not use this company. My daughter used her birthday money to buy some of their headphones. Left one doesn’t work they will not refund or replace!!! No uk address to write to.

You might as well throw your money down the drain. Purchased a pair of these which took forever to turn up. The left one has never worked, charged or connected. I sent many emails and kept getting the same list of things to do back. I’m not an expert but even I can tell if it’s broken. Now I’ve been told they will not refund or replace as there’s only a 30 day warranty on them. To put it bluntly, they must be pretty crap to only have a 30 day warranty. Absolute scam so I will also be contacting my credit card company to obtain a refund.

0 STAR! DO NOT ORDER FROM AIRBUDS! They are a scam as the product will not work. Bought 3 months ago and they never worked from the start. Was told a new pair is on the way but delay after delay, no tracking info and avoidance of refund I've decided to take legal action. I'll be the one to have air buds shut down for good.
Everyone has said that they look like they help with their replies on trust pilot, I assume I'll get the same as emails, fake promises and more delays.

Faulty cheap product
After purchasing as a simple gift after seeing advertised online I assumed this product would be a decent quality. Yet again celebrity sponsored products doing themselves justice. The item, unused when first opened as a gift was faulty, the left ear ‘bud’ did not work and would not charge. After contacting just got an excuse of a manual reset (unlikely to work with an item that won’t even charge), and a refund was not possible as it was past the expected delivery date. Would advise not to buy.

This is now my second review. This company is the definition of freud. They pretend to help and reply to reviews but they dont help. I ordered this product and the parcel was lost which i had informed the company and the freight company had contacted them to refund me. They refused to refund me until 45 days since last tracking update. So i waited 45 days then emailed again and stated will send out the product to avoid giving a refund. I refused and they said they will refund, however can not provide a refund receipt due to security reasons which is unheard of as it is against the law to not provide proof of refund. They stated it will take 10 days for refund

10 days has passed which was to be expected as they are scammers and still no refund. The company goes round and round trying to avoid taking action at all cost. It has been 3 months now since purchase of product. I have now reported them to fair trading and they are advising me on legal action so i can get my refund back.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Had to wait over a month for my delivery & when they finally did arrive they were faulty on arrival (1 earphone not working). I was offered replacement Airbuds which I accepted & have sent several emails looking for an update as they’ve never arrived. They just fob you off with a response stating they’ve been shipped. Still waiting on my replacement 3 months later. Do not waste you money on this clearly FRAUDULENT company & product. Celebs promoting this product should be ashamed of themselves...anything for a quick buck I guess. Disgraceful!

This is a copy of the last email I sent in relation to the FAULTY airbuds I received and have STILL NOT been reimbursed for. There is no customer service , there is NO WARRANTY HONOURED. My order #121216 was confirmed on 29/5/2020. From the get-go, my left airbud never worked.
I got in touch with your customer care service (two different agents : Maris & Kish) & I was told on the 3/7/2020 that a second pair was on the way in replacement of the faulty order. The link I was sent says that the order was delivered 14 days ago, which is completely untrue.
I have patiently waited to contact your company in order to allow for a potential delayed delivery.
It is now the 27/7/2020 & I've been without earphones for 3 months due to this inconvenience.
I would kindly ask for a FULL REFUND as I'm completely dissatisfied with your service.
Please get back to me as soon as possible.

Do not buy.
I received mine quite quick but after 1 use the right ear wouldn't work. They say you can return to China for a refund or wait for replacements. 2 months later and lots of emails later I'm still waiting. They keep saying they're wait for tracking details but I think they're fobbing me off. Very very bad.

Still waiting for the replacements even thought they said 3 months ago that they would take 15-20days. They reply to the emails but nothing is one its way. Total lies!!! Con artists.

Mine arrived yesterday and the right earphone doesn’t work.
I had no confirmation email after ordering and there is no contact details for the company with the order either.
I have googled Airbuds and emailed them they are saying they are different company with a similar name.
Also messaged Lydia Bright on her Instagram and no response!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. They are a waste of money. Problems with charging, only one worked, which we reported, then went completely dead and wouldn’t charge at all. Got back to them again only to be told the 30 day warranty had expired, even though the initial problem was reported within 2 weeks.

Same issue as everyone else. Right ear phone worked first time I used them, then died. In fairness they did send me a new set, but same story, right ear phone dead after using once. Now won't respond to emails. They might only be cheap, but absolutely pointless if they don't work!
An update. The reply of a top class company "they worked fine when they left our factory". Reality is its £30 down the drain - the amount of poor reviews speak for themselves. I hope people read these reviews and save themselves some money.

Earbuds - NO
Just seen the reviews for the earbuds and thought they had all been reading my Email to the help line for the last few weeks.
Same problem as most others, one earbud stopped working after a couple of weeks. Contacted the help line and got an almost instant response telling me how to do soft resets and hard resets. Tried in vain, waited a few days discharging the unit, did the hard reset. No luck again. Went back to the help contact was told sorry about this and asked to take a video. Queried why they would want a video of an earbud with no sound! they said they would look into it.
Next mail received said i was out of 30 day warranty and they couldn't do anything. I countered this claim with Email evidence of the problem being reported inside the 30 day period.
Told they would look into this. Chased them today and got response that outside of 30 days. Feels like i am on a roundabout, but not getting off yet!! >:(

Would rate a zero if possible! Completely crap. One headphone stopped working almost immediately. Wouldn’t charge, refused a refund as past the 30 day guarantee even though the complaint and video evidence was sent before this time. Don’t waste your money!!!!

I would put 0 if I could !! Very similar to other stories being told. I ordered two sets. After about a week One bud in one set stopped working and wouldn’t charge I contacted them and in the meantime one on the other set also stopped working no matter what I did it wouldn’t charge, again I followed up with emails stating that both sets were faulty, I was told to video and send that to them which I did. I was still waiting for a response a month later so contacted them again, now they say I’m outside of the return and exchange time and they can’t find my video !! Very disappointed- I can’t believe the amount of celebs that are promoting such rubbish! Please don't waste your money - I wish I hadn’t !
