Faulty headphones, problems with charging
Brought the headphones which were great for roughly a month. After that time the left one wouldn’t charge and kept dying so they’re basically unusable as I don’t want to just listen to one ear phone.
Got into contact with them and after contact emails to and from, they wanted a video of them being faulty (which I sent) as well as the purchase details, dates etc (Which I also sent). I also had to upload the video to google drive as I couldn’t send the 3 videos as it exceeded the size limit. It’s now been over 2 weeks and I haven’t had anymore contact. I’ve got an idea of they are going to refund me for the faulty headphones or send another pair of AirBuds to me.
The customer service was pretty prompt until they actually have to do something.
I would’ve happily sorted it out with them privately but it seems this is happening to a lot of people. So I thought I’d write a review to warn people not to bother buying these products.

Refund or replace for faulty headphones? No chance.

Awful!!!
If I could put a 0 I would!! Ordered two pairs at end of May for two birthday presents . Arrived quickly and looked good so was happy. Gave first pair on 19th June and stopped working immediately, gave second pair 30th June and these stopped working immediately . Communication is appalling . Was promised a replacement pair then when I told them second pair wasn’t working I was told they couldn’t even find my order!! Had to send everything twice including evidence . Promised two replacement sets on 8th July and have heard nothing since. Absolutely disgusting and have had my money for 8 weeks. These are endorsed by celebs as well - wonder what they would say if they realised they were promoting such a shoddy company. Reminded them I needed the two new pairs but doesn’t look likely from these reviews that I will get them and to add insult to injury they want me to reconfirm all the information I have given them twice already! To the company - I have noticed you are replying to people individually on here maybe you could do the courtesy of doing the same for me.

Purchased headphones
Purchased headphones, arrived and immediately had issues with them. At first they music kept cutting out, reported this and sent instructions on how to reset the headphones. Followed instructions and the problem still existed. Within a week the left pod stopped working all together, it would not charge or pair. Again emailed airbuds and was sent instructions on how to hard reset the air phones, followed instructions and it still does not work.
I have emailed FOUR times now and they are totally ignoring my emails.
Shocking and disgusting customer service

I've had the same issue as a lot of the reports here. The earphones arrived and do not work - I requested a refund the same day and had so many delays in responses from them that with all of the back and forth of emails it ended up passing the 30 day return period and they are now saying 'sorry you can't return it any more it's past the 30 day period'. This is an illegally run business and I would 100% suggest going with an alternative. The products themselves look cheap and feel like something you buy from Poundland.

No delivery and terrible after sales
I thought I would leave a review even though I have not even received the item yet. A friend had bought a pair and was pleased with them and so I thought I would some as a gift. Ten days ago I placed the order and no update so far. I have emailed three times as a result of my first query being met with a clearly generic email. Sadly further emails have also been responded to with either the same response or an equally weak one with no actual update other than that there was a warehouse issue but it's fixed now. I've had that email twice now.
I have now responded asking for refund or confirmation of dispatch .
Terrible after sales service and would never use them again based on that. The earphones may be good but service is also important. I appreciate things are difficult for everyone right now but businesses need our support as consumers and this one won't get any more.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed. Received my first pair which worked for a day and then one stopped working, then sent a replacement which also didn’t work, so I asked for a refund to find out I have to pay for shipping to return them even though it wasn’t my fault both were faulty!!

Absolutely awful! Ordered a pair they worked for a day, had to send a video of them not working, still waiting 2 months later for a replacement pair, tried to cancel and get a refund, no reply for ages and when they did said too late order is on way if I want a refund I have to send them back to China and then wait for a refund! Total rip off, disgusting customer service! I feel sorry for the celebs that promote this junk! Waste of money do not bother buying from them at all! Still got no headphones and no refund!

Wish I had seen the reviews first.
Bought the pair online and within one day one ear bud didn’t work.
I sent a video of them not working and they said they would send replacements.
This has never happened.
I emailed 5 times with varied responses of waiting for tracking number etc. Then they stopped relying all together.
And if the company replies to this, don’t just say ‘please email us’
BECAUSE THERE IS NO POINT THEY ARE A SCAM!
The company will never send you a working set or refund you.

I am appalled by this company. I bought these Airbuds as a 21st present for my boyfriend, the pair received was faulty. I sent numerous emails and videos and now they have suddenly stopped replying. NO refund given and NO replacement given. This is disgusting. Don't send faulty products and steal peoples money for them. Utterly awful customer service as well, having sent evidence of them being faulty and still no solution!

The whole process is a scam and an utter shambles. Got sent defective items in the first place, was told I’d be sent replacements, that was 2 months ago. The only way to contact them is through an email which is a complete waste of time.
You get fed a load of excuses about couriers, tracking systems being down and supplier delays. I’ve requested a refund rather than replacements but I’ve been told that’s not possible due to them already sending replacements out (they definitely haven’t).
Stay away from this company unless you don’t mind losing your money and want to waste your time with emails
