Do not touch this company with a barge pole. The item was received, however it was not the item advertised and was some knock off Chinese rubbish that you could buy for 25% of the price. I returned goods and waited for over 3 weeks for a refund. Despite being told 2 weeks prior that it would take 5-10 days to process refund, it has never come and so I am pursuing it through my credit card company.
Warning. DO NOT BUY! Scam and no way of contacting other than email whereby you get fobbed off.

TAKE YOUR MONEY, NO GOODS AND LYING
Have given up.. anyone know where I can report this lying SCAM company. First lot faulty. Ordered 26th May... about 15 emails saying waiting for tracking, will come in 5-7 days. Now TWO MONTHS later, having been told they were on their way, I get this. Non stop lies, they have my money, no goods.

Thank you for contacting us!
I made a follow-up with the replacement and it is currently ON HOLD due to the system issues on the courier's end. We closely monitor the pending orders that we have sent and they have communicated to us that one of the reasons of the delay is due to the thousands of stocked parcels to be swiped into their system.
Again, the parcel is already in processed and sometimes it will just be delivered to you before the tracking update.
We will be updating you hopefully by next week.

They’re horrible
They’re horrible. Absolutely horrible. For even returns they make you ph for shipping which is more than their stupid airbuds. They don’t even know the meaning of customer service. I’ve never seen customer service like this. They don’t even follow their stupid policy and when it’s convenient for them, they will use their policy against you. They fat out ignore you as well when you have a problem. Don’t waste your time with this horrible company. Nothing is worth dealing with this

Scam!
Scam!! Buyer beware. I bought mine 5/7/20 and they have yet to be delivered as of 7/16/20. They claim it’s due to usps not delivering and send me a link to the usps site which doesn’t list China, UK or the USA as an impacted country. I have reported them to the FTC. Businesses like this should not be able to operate or solicit on social media. I will be reaching out to Instagram and Snapchat next so they can look into pulling their advertisements.

SCAM SCAM THIEVES FRAUD
This company has stolen my money. Returned defected item, provided evidence multiple times, emails now being ignored. I've paid for the item and return cost from my own pocket. Must have spent over 4 hours writing emails, returning item, chasing ignored communication. Stay away. I'm reporting them to trading standards. Be careful, same company have popped up under new URLs etc.

I too wished i'd have read the reviews before purchase. Soon after using the Airbuds the right one stopped working. Seller promised to send a replacement, only until a month had gone by when I realised it was a scam. Contacted seller again and they said I should receive the tracking number shortly, guess what, nothing! In case they are reading this my order #64462 - I've contacted my bank.
The seller keeps changing their domain name and similar to other sites of the same product.

Absolutely awful, waited weeks for them to arrive then shortly after 30 days one stopped working. They are saying my account has been deleted as it is out of warranty. Cheap nasty product, they are a scam and their customer service is terrible. Do not buy from them.

Worst service EVER!
Worst service EVER!! Bought a pair for my daughter, they arrived and do not work back in May, reported and sent videos etc of them not working and they would send a replacement, back end of July and still no replacements received, they won’t even give a refund! 80+ emails sent back and fourth. They have said they can’t send me the tracking number or give a refund because they have been sent!! God help you if you buy a pair!! Need to give minus stars!! Worst customer service ever, a joke of a company!! Don’t think I will ever see the new ones arrive or a refund, thieving company!!

If I could give zero stars I would - the Air Buds didn’t arrive for weeks and when they did, one ear phone stopped working. When I tried to get a replacement the company said I couldn’t because the purchase was made more than 30 days before! Unbelievable.

Total scam! Ordered a pair and after a week of having them like a lot of reviews the right one stopped working. Before it had stopped I had ordered a new pair for my wife and guess what!!! The right one stopped working on hers after 2 days of having them. I'm waiting for a replacement for the ones I ordered for myself and they told me they can't give me a tracking number as they send all replacements in bulk so I may get them before they get the information!! 2 months down the line and I'm still waiting. Emailed about my wife's pair but had no correspondence whatsoever. Total scam, keep away!!!

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company, ordered 3 weeks ago and have had no confirmation email. After advising them I didn’t have this confirmation, A Jacob, from the company still asked for a order number. Had no replies in 2 weeks so just a massive scam.
Baring in mind I’ve sent them 2 copies of my bank statement and still nothing.

Terrible product and customer service
Similar to a load of other reviews. Right airbud stopped working after a couple of days.
The customer service Has been terrible, sending back generic emails, not reading any of the previous correspondence. Currently doing round on circles and being passed from one customer service to another
Promises, Promises, if only
I’m having the same problem as all the other contributors to this “agony” column. My earbuds failed after 2 days and I emailed this company 20 times and had responses from 3 different people (I can’t call them customer services because I’m not sure they know what customers services really means) Been promised the replacements have been sent and now for the third time I’m asked to e mail them in another 7 days. I’m not holding my breath for the replacements to arrive although they have been “processed” whatever that means. Don’t waste your money, however I will post another message when the replacements arrive should I not have gone deaf in the meantime

If I could give less than one star I would. A pair was bought for me for my birthday in May. Within less than a week one headphone stopped working. It has been nearly two months and I have not received a replacement pair and have had so many different people “looking into my case” it is beyond a joke. This company is a complete and utter scam and should not be able to trade as let’s face it it is a complete rip off of AirPods and the fact that they are so cheap says it all in terms of quality of the product. I have asked numerous times for a refund yet all I get as a response is “we will send you the tracking link within 15 days.” It’s been two months. Where is my refund? I will be extremely shocked and surprised if they even bother to respond to this as clearly feedback from customers is not a priority for this company.

I ordered two pairs of airbuds, on arrival one pair was working fine however the the left airbud of the second pair would not charge in the case. I got in contact with the customer service team and sent in video evidence of the second pair not working and they claimed they would send a replacement pair. However over a month later I am still waiting for these to arrive, they kept on sending the same automated email whenever I would contact them, always saying to get in touch them in 5-7 days for an update and tracking info. Which I still haven’t received so I don’t even know if a replacement has been sent. On top of that the other pair also stopped working!!!!! Do not waste your time with this disgusting company they are a scam. The website isn’t even up anymore it’s just a screen saying that they’re experiencing delays with all the orders. If I could give this a negative review I would.

Do not buy these!!! I got two pairs which both stopped working after 2 days. Will not refund you unless you send them back to China, and only option apparently which was them to replace them. 6 weeks later still waiting for these sold called replacements! Complete scam, take your money for a faulty product then never deal with you ever again!
