Dishonest product availability
Claimed to have stock of an item but later cancelled my order.
It would have been fine but they still haven't updated the listing on their website to reflect the lack of stock.
It feels like they are purposefully taking orders so they can later offer you a different product via email, taking advantage of your current need.

Excellent delivery service even though…
Excellent delivery service even though it was over the weekend I still got 24 hour free delivery service and actually received my parcel within 16 hours. Great quality and almost half the price I would have paid at Screwfix for the same item. Not installed yet but will update when I do.

Great Delivery and Website Information
Just as they state on their website - it was next day delivery via DPD. The website was helpful in my determining which air-conditioning unit was best for me. Now I am all set for the hot weather of the summer!

Not next day delivery!
Ordered for next day delivery but nothing for 2 days and message from the ever useless Evri to say they were ‘unable to deliver’ has to source locally at much higher cost due to job being booked!

Awful experience, shocking service.
Awful experience, there is a simple reason why they are cheap. They use Evri as couriers but there is no delivery option for either a safe place, a neighbour, or a drop off point. Then they charge you £25.00 for cancelling the order after wasting your time when you could be running your business and completing a job within a tight timeframe. I’ve paid £25.00 for a £50.00 fan I couldn’t get without taking half a day off work. Excellent.

As discussed, we use a signed-for EVRI service to help make sure parcels are delivered safely to the correct address, rather than being left unattended or somewhere they could go missing. We do understand this can be inconvenient if no one is available, but it’s in place to help avoid lost deliveries.
The £25 charge applied was in line with our cancellation policy, which covers the costs already incurred for shipping and the return once an order has been processed. This is outlined at the point of purchase.
We appreciate this didn’t work for your situation, and we understand your frustration. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
