I like thier user friendly environment and great prices.

I needed to buy some tickets to reach Shipool on the 26th of June, but I inserted the wrong date for the return (27th instead of the 28th of June). So I immediately (after a few minutes the transaction was made) requested a refund for the tickets I purchased by accident.

I then received an automatic email, after sending the request, informing me that a reply would probably not be received within 24 hours, since it was Sunday (16 June) and therefore a non-working day. Finally, I received a reply at 14:28 on 16/06/2024, informing me that if I wanted to get a refund by paying a EUR 60 per passenger, I would have to answer by 15:00 on the same day. I then replied a few hours later and I received the answer that from that moment on there would be no more possibility of receiving a refund.

Even if I’m conscious that I could not pretend a full refund of the transaction I made, as was my responsibility to check if the dates were correct, the response I got subjected the refund fee to an impossible condition (2 minutes to respond, after the previous email founded in me a legitimate expectation of not receiving a response in 24 hours). I requested the company to stick to their previous statement, and apply the fee they stated according to the principle of good faith. I ask your organization to help me with this matter, as I have no longer received responses from their customer service.
Absolutely avoid this site, it's an Absolute scam.

I have asked to modify the return fly, results: high fee to be paid (80€ on top of 30€ for the support fee), form for the payment not working both from pc and from mobile phone and, last but not the least, telephone support not working!!!

Warning this is not a reliable site!! Booked and paid for a ticket but the confirmation gave me another time!!!

You don't have enough personel to manage all the request you're receiving and instead of proposing solutions you jut tell to the people to wait

They are THIEFS.
The airline cancelled the flight and I requested a refund. After the refund request and after several days, they changed their own Conditions of Transport in order not to provide a full reimbursement as it was originally stated, but for keeping a fee for themselves. Btw this is absolutely illegal, I reported them to the authorities but people should just AVOID using this CROOK.

It's a fraud. I bought a flight ticket to Lisbon months ago for a 1st of may trip. I also bought a cancellation insurance and I spent 80 euros. Due to covid we decided one and half month ago for cancellation and I was waiting for reimbursement. I did the procedure on airngo website. Nobody did call me. I did it 3 times. At the beginning of April a called airngo and the operator didn't give me any information and stopped the conversation. Now the flight has been cancelled and nobody called me and I still don't know if anybody is going to reimburse my money even if it's my legal right to get the money back. I did pay for that and they also cancel the flight. It's a fraud.

My flight was cancelled. First the promised me full refund. After weeks waiting I called again the they said I need to pay 10 € procession fee, I agreed and waited for my refund. Today I call where is my refund and they claim that fee is new 60 € per person. Complete waste of time. I made chargeback and probably won't get money back.

My booking got confirmed and then it got undone the next day. I really hope the refund comes through quickly.. In the meantime I lost the good prices for flights.

t took 4 hours to receive the ticket (a bit worried at those time). Otherwise, all is fine. Excellent price. No hidden/extra fee. No problem. Recommended.
