The product is good
The product is good, but I was upset that even after paying for Elite, you still need to subscribe to the app to unlock additional exercises. I don't mind paying, but one would assume you wouldn't have to subscribe after buying an Elite package. They could be more customer-centric rather than product-centric. People who buy these products are clearly into personalized health. A much more customer-centric approach would be to offer a 30-minute virtual call post-purchase to find the right exercises for the customer, and then offer a subscription tailored to their specific health goals.

If you choose not to subscribe to ELITE Premium, that’s absolutely fine. The ELITE app itself will remain available to all users, and you’ll still have access to its improved core functionality. Premium simply unlocks additional new features, such as extra training programs, advanced statistics, and other enhanced tools designed to support your training journey.
We’re continuously working to improve the Airofit experience, and additional features are also coming to the core ELITE app with no extra cost to you!

When you emailed me that I was eligible for an upgrade from my Airofit Basic, it convinced me to choose the Elite version.
I use Airofit because I want to strengthen my respiratory system, as I deal with apnea and asthma, and every bit of improvement makes a real difference for me.

Pretty good little machine, the elite device have a battery with much langer stamina than the pro! Keeping records works good in general, however - using the device/app with various phones or tablets is sometimes tricky. All in all: 4 well earned stars with still a little room for improvement. 🤗

I cannot give more than one star, because I wasn’t still able to use the new device, that I’ve received weeks ago. The APP couldn’t log me in with my credentials and I’m considering giving up on this.

It seems like for some reason you haven't received our messages.
Since the Airofit ELITE uses a new app, a new registration is necessary. Your old login won't work :)
I recommend using the the same email address you have used in the old (legacy) app, this way you will have the chance to transfer your training history :)

Elite after Pro
After the Pro 2.0 I have started using the Elite. And it is a better experience. Faster response, indication of correct positioning en a better app. Almost through the first 30 days of usage and capacity and strength is improving. Regards from Rotterdam

Disappointing durability
I purchased an Airofit device in 2021, expecting a premium product that would last for years. Unfortunately, the e-unit has broken three separate times. while customer service replaced it the first two times, it has failed yet again.
This time, I was told they no longer manufacture my model and my only option is to pay $250 to upgrade to a new device. Given how much the original unit cost, dealing with hardware failures every single year—only to be told to spend more money when it inevitably breaks—is incredibly frustrating. I expected much better build quality and product support for the price.

As mentioned, the batteries of our devices are designed to last for many years under normal conditions. However, like with any other battery-powered device, batteries deteriorate over time. If the product has not been charged or maintained as recommended for longer amount of time, this can likely affect the usability and function of the device.
We offer a two-year warranty, which ensures that any potential issues will be addressed within that timeframe.
Sadly, since your device is out of warranty, even the replacements, we cannot offer a free replacement or a larger discount at this time.

I have tried other similar devices. I love how I can separately adjust the inhale and exhale resistance depending on what I need. It also helps me note my improvement.
