I have been using the company's services since 2024. In case of problems (including, for example, with a broken device), the company has always been there to help me.

I'm a 60 yo regular road cyclist. Using airofit is really helping me get full lung function back after being hit by a car when on the bike. The new app is much improved

Device is great.. could do with better instructions on the app tho. Where there is inhaling and exhaling.. there is X black line... Are we supposed to following it?

Otherwise I'm two weeks in and enjoying using it

this is now the fourth i buy (gave 2 away and upgrading now).. It works, it's great, and I truly don't know why not everybody uses it..

I noticed great improvements in realtime breathing power feedback with the Aerofit Elite compared to the Aerofit Pro !

Been using Airofit for years, and each upgrade just makes it better. I cured my athletic-induced asthma using this device 8 years ago and have never needed another inhaler. Airofit works and is a game-changer for me.

The new device is a great improvement. Follow more closely your training even your posture.

The new device feels more solid and well made.
Also there is an improvement in the application.

It is be design only inhale and exhale with your mouth, but that is very contradictory to running techniques of in through the nose and out through the mouth.

I don't disagree this product can help but training in such a way to only breath in and out with your mouth is probably not good in the long run.

I’m using regularly and I like the exercises, but for the ones where I rate poor I don’t know how to
Improve on them, would be good to have some more advice.

I recently moved and accidentally forgot to update my shipping address when placing my order — totally my mistake. I only realized it after the product had already been delivered to my old address. I reached out to Airofit hoping they might be able to help recover the package, but instead, they went above and beyond and offered to send me a replacement.

This is exactly the kind of customer service that makes you want to support a business. Huge respect to the Rebeka and the Airofit team!

Good service! Helped me through an upgrade process that wasn't working properly. Worth a review for showing appreciation.

The overall experience was mixed. The original Airofit Pro 1.0 device had long-term connectivity problems, and the initial support process was slow and frustrating. Communication between distributor support and official support could definitely be improved.

However, once the case was reviewed properly by the Airofit customer support management team, the issue was handled professionally. They acknowledged the situation, arranged an ELITE replacement, and also assisted with customs handling for international delivery.

I appreciate the final resolution and hope Airofit continues improving product reliability and customer support responsiveness in the future.

The product seems to work fine. My 14 year old swimmer has been using it a little. The reason for my low star rating is due to undisclosed tariffs ($52!!) we were charged. It is unacceptable that Airofit did not disclose that there would be tariffs on this item on their main page or anywhere during the purchasing process. We received a bill from FedEx after the item was received and they are now expecting us to pay this. We would have skipped this product had it been disclosed to us. Buyer beware.
