Absolutely fantastic service from Airoluggage! Sending my suitcase to Ireland two days before my flight made my Christmas trip completely stress-free (my luggage even arrived at my parents’ house before I did!)
Living in London, this was a game-changer and saved me the hassle of dragging a heavy suitcase through tubes, escalators, and the airport. The pricing is fair, the process is simple, and the customer service is excellent.

Everything arrived quickly and intact! We send 18 boxes of various sizes, 3 suitcases, large golf bag with clubs and cart and some large artwork. Great customer support when I had questions about the order and various customs issues. Would highly recommend.

They usually reply quick for any questions and their price is quite good, much cheaper than others. All the process was fast.
Only con was they sent the labels last minute.
But still I’d repeat.

Prompt reply on WhatsApp about the service. They managed to get me updates about the pickup .
Follow up taken on the delivery also.
Always check with them how the collection is going to work they have multiple collection partners to avoid any last minute hassle.
Overall good service.

John was superb, a seamless experience from start to finish.
Struggled to get my items over to Dubai due to sizing requirements, but this was handled with extreme professionalism, timing and precision.

I have recently sent my luggage by Airoluggage to my holiday destination and it has been very successfully delivered back to my home today. Amazing service and very quick- only luggage delivery company I could find to do next day delivery, and at a great price!!!

Top notch service, so easy and convenient to arrange. We left our bags at our hotel to be collected and couriered to ongoing address whilst we jetted off for a short European break. All went smoothly and could track bags. Customer service and support were excellent. Will definitely use again and highly recommend to others 👍

"I am immensely pleased with the services offered by Airoluggage whom I had recently engaged to transfer my luggage from northern Ireland to my place on the UK mainland. I had booked my luggage and after packing it, found it to be over the weight limit. When I called to buy a higher weight allowance, I spoke to John and to my utter surprise, he very generously said that they would cover it. As I was away from home and it was a hectic time, I missed the email instructions to print my labels. The next morning when I tried to print labels, I could not. Again John came to my rescue. He not only rescheduled my Pick up for the next day but also sent me an email with the labels which I could then easily print and give to the driver.
I was impressed with the very understanding approach taken to tackle the problems which one could experience especially when away from home.
Totally impressed with the service and cannot thank John enough for his help and for the exemplary service provided. THANK YOU."
