No stress in getting my luggage to its destination, with updates along the way, would recommend any day

Cant fault their service. I've used them twice now and will continue to use them in the future.

I ordered a suitcase to be sent from Glasgow to Iceland! Fast quick service! Would definitely use again as I work overseas John was at hand to answer any questions or queries I had straight away.

Absolutely brilliant service. Boxes and cases picked up from London on Tuesday at the time agreed, arrived in Amsterdam on Thursday early. Very good customer service and positive experience all round.

Really excellent level of customer service. We needed our luggage to be delivered on a specific day and they were really helpful in securing this for us. Then when my flight was delayed John from Aeroluggage got in touch with DHL for me to ensure an afternoon delivery. Stress free way of moving country :)

The company were good in timing but the were of keen to deliver this safely.
I have put a sign of FRAGILE on all boxes but when I opened the boxes many things were broken

At first I had doughts regarding this company's credibility since I've never used them or had such a request,but after giving it a try and booking luggage online through there website which was shipping from overseas to the US, my perception changed dramatically. I was amazed how straight forward and quick i received my shipment just as promised. I would definitely use this service again and recommend anyone to use AiroLuggage for future services. As senior citizens we were finding it hard work dealing with our luggage when on holiday so we decided to try sending it by carrier. That was definitely one of our best decisions. AiroLuggage collected our cases from home and delivered it to our hotel in Rome then brought it home after our holiday. They let us know when they were collecting it and when it would be delivered and kept us updated on its progress. This meant we bypassed luggage dropoff queues and waiting at carouselles making going through airports a dawdle. It's more expensive than paying airline luggage charges but for the difference it's well worth it so we'll be using this service on all future holidays. Thanks to John Catterson for his prompt responses to our queries

My experience with Airoluggage was absolutely fantastic. Clear communication throughout the process and completely stress free. It truly is a door to door service and much cheaper than booking a second suitcase on with the airline I was travelling with. The bag was picked up from my house in Northern Ireland on a Thursday and arrived at my front door in Melbourne, Australia 4 days later in great condition. Would definitely recommend this service and will be using them again in the future.

I had never posted luggage abroad before, and the lady named Amy who helped me organise sending my suitcase was super!! I contacted them late into the evening, and Amy's response was so fast.

I was nervous about shipping my bag back home, because it meant we would have to leave it at the hotel and out of our sight. I searched for possible carriers and came up with one that had a great website and really good prices. But, I had to make a decision over the weekend, and I quickly found that no one at the company would even respond to my enquires. As a last resort, I tried AiroLuggage. Their price was slightly higher, but I saw a chat button on the site and decided to try it. Honestly, i didn’t expect much, but almost instantly a chat was started with a knowledgeable rep. I probably bugged the heck out of these poor people, with question after question, but I finally decided to go ahead. So glad I did! At first I thought the bag would arrive in about 4 days, but it was collected at my hotel in Didcot on Monday and delivered in The Atlanta area Tuesday afternoon! This company provides incredibly professional service at a reasonable price. They are easy and friendly to deal with. We will definitely use them again!

Great service. All queries answered quickly. Luggage delivered on a Saturday which many companies do not offer. Will definitely use again and would recommend to other people.

The whole experience from start to finish was so easy. Sent luggage to malawi on the 5 day service. And everything was sorted out with John and there were no hidden costs or surprises. The only things hidden were the surprises and good little things. The luggage got to malawi on the 5th day as paid for.
