This would have to be the worst online booking experience I’ve ever encountered.
I had a simple two flights to book with Batik air ID Indonesia which included 20kg checked baggage but unbeknownst to me the ‘matched return’ flight is with Batik Air MY - Malaysia and does not include the 20kg checked baggage. Same bloody airline just a different code!!!Tried to use the chat bot… no joy.
Gave up and just paid for extra baggage at a rip off price but then they take a payment at a certain price and after ask for more $ after.
24 emails later and more out of pocket. With so called refunds pending.

HORRIBLE. Don't trust this booking site. They will make your life difficult. It seems they make the process of changing your booked flight difficult so you will end up giving the amount to them.....They will email you that you can change the booking at 4AM when you are sound asleep???? Is this fair????

Horrible experience. They cancelled the flight and they won’t give me full refund. Furthermore, the refund amount approved which is half of what I paid, is only in a voucher form. Trying to speak to them through all available channels with no reply from a real human representative. Very frustrated and angry. I will never use this company again. stay away!

I booked a ticket via Airpaz (Booking Code: 1032562335) and completed the payment successfully. I received a booking code and PIN number, and the system informed me that the ticketing process would be completed within 2 hours.
However, after waiting, I only saw a warning message:
"Attention! Ticketing process takes more time due to various reasons. Please wait or contact us for any inquiries."
I contacted Airpaz support several times (2 times via chat, 2 times via email, and even once by phone). The only response I received was: "Rest assured, your e-ticket will be sent to your registered email address as soon as the booking is confirmed."
Despite this, many hours have passed and I still haven’t received my e-ticket. This situation creates uncertainty and stress, especially when travel plans are time-sensitive.
If the ticket cannot be issued, I expect an immediate refund without any delay. Customers deserve clarity, timely service, and transparent communication – unfortunately, Airpaz failed to deliver on these points.

I booked a flight with them that was marked as refundable. Once i initialized a refund it was processed in a form of a voucher with significant reduction in price. A customer can use a voucher only to book another flight with them.
finally, they applied 480EUR worth voucher to 66.5EUR worth flight. all of it. forfeited.
found airpaz support on this number +62 2166601066. they are saying it is in accordance with terms & conditions.
As for me, these terms & conditions worth to stay away of their services.

Do not use this OTA this is the worst OTA it is evidence through their online review that this is a very bad and untrustworthy company. We booked a flight through them and two times they displayed and email us the wrong flight time. Luckily, we entered the flight number online on flightradar and check as the flight displayed online was different than the time given in the email by Airpaz. We have also tried to inquire about the price for additional package, but to no avail, they are totally unhelpful and useless.

Terrible experience with Airpaz. I had to cancel my trip for medical reasons and they asked me for a doctor’s letter, which I provided after weeks of effort. In the end, they just told me the airline refused the refund.
If they had actually checked with the airline at the start and given me the right information, I could have done something about it. Customer service was slow and unhelpful I lost both my money and time.
Don’t buy anything from here. I strongly advise booking directly with the airline instead.

Absolute scanners took my money left me waiting seven hours so rebooked a ticket with another airline email them told them I'd read book the ticket and not to book the ticket two minutes later they send me a ticket

I made the mistake of booking with them instead of directly with Batik airways. Unfortunately l couldn't select my seats, need to get due to a medical condition. When l contacted them they were nt able to assist. Will not book with them again.

I bouhgt 2 plain tickets and an extra weight for each luggage. When we had to check in at the airport, I had to pay again for extra weight because of the payment of airpaz was not transfered to the air company (Firefly). This was the only way to take the flight. After claiming for returning my money back, they did not attend my reclamation. I had a long mail chat, but I never got my money, so, I paid twice for the extra weight. This is a scam. DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY.

I had initially made an honest mistake with flight dates (rookie flyer) and when I had booked another flight to my discontent via this unsympathetic company I got notified that I had to pay a whopping Jurassic processing fee . I mean this is out of proportion. Like $x,xxx!!!!!!!! Total BSheeeet. This scheming company doesn't even provide an approximation of such large fee when the consumer is pressing buttons on the website. At the end of the day I maxed out the card and had an bank overdraft to cover it. Airpaz. Thanks for ruining the holiday spirit. I hope your happy that your company policies have put a hard working single parent in financial distress and not a single word you publicize will reverse it. Go to hell.

Very sneaky company. Hide truths in fine print and ambiguous language. Purposefully deceitful.
1. The cheaper rate advertised will be made up by very high processing fees which you will only see on your invoice once paid. You end up paying the same as you would have by going directly to the airline.
2. The ticket (before purchase) says 'refundable'. When you request a refund, it will be refused. When you contest, it will be granted in voucher form and will be 10% of what you paid for the ticket. Not really a refund now, is it?
They ensure they do everything they need to be barely legal.

Please do not use this site! I just booked 2 flights and got email "how my payment is not confirmed", however money is already gone!
I also got email "confirmation" that refund has been done and I will get the money back.
I will update this review if that happens, but for now I have no tickets or money back!

They have returned the money as stated.
So its not a scam but unfortunately it didn’t work as I was expecting.
I rebooked via airline site directly and advise you to do the same to avoid stress.
Scammers. Airpaz took my money and did not deliver airline ticket. Please do not use this company

Booked and paid for a flight, the flight wasn't cheap but I was happy to pay the price. The money was debited from my account and literally within one minute I got an email informing me that the flight price has gone up so they cancelled my flight and refunded me a voucher!!!! no cash just a voucher! I have to apply for a cash refund. Spoke to two people and they gave me a time frame of between 1 and 14 working days for a refund. I will post again if they follow through and refund my money, as I think its important a fair review is given.
Update - in the companies defence they fully refunded the money back within 2 working days. IN addition the customer service lady was very helpful and apologetic. I am impressed the money was returned so quickly.
The processing fee is not properly stipulated. 2500 processing fee is too much.
